Lamb catches the suspicious glare and looks slightly offended, "What did I do to deserve such hostility m'lady?" His hurt tone is offset by the gently mocking title

Deliah's look of suspicion was replaced by a lighthearted  smirk "Well there was that time you, and Arden locked a bull in my bedroom. What are you up to?"

Lamb shakes his head, trying to hide a grin, "Nobody ever proved that was us. Besides, we learned our lesson about cattle after the fishing boat incident, why would we risk toying with one for that?" Then his smile turns sincere and he chuckles, "But honestly I don't have an ulterior motive, you're just the best opportunity for conversation here." He gestures at the others, "I've heard all of Soren's songs and stories, and your brother is to caught up between the bear and his lady love that he's occupied for at least the first day of our journey."

"Oh, and how do i know you're not trying to seduce me?" she asked in a mock indignant tone

Lamb looks truly offended at that one, "When have I ever tried to seduce you?"

"Maybe you just very subtle" Del pressed with a smirk

Lamb snorts, "You've known me since before you could walk Del, when have I ever been even the slightest bit subtle?"

"What am I not good enough for you?" She demanded feigning offense, but laughing on the inside, she liked to rattle her friends

Lamb shrugs, for once in his life managing to look completely serious as he glances her over, "Meh, to short and skinny." He prepares himself for the blows to come

Del gave him a light punch on the arm , and chuckled slightly

Lamb shrugs, "Maybe I deserved that."

"Nah it's okay, I support your right to be wrong" Deliah said maintaining her smirk

Lamb chuckles slightly, "The right I have overused and abused my entire life."

"Oh i know" Del tussles the big knight's hair

Lamb swats her hand away playfully

Del chuckles at lamb

(contribute farm, They're headed for the high king's city but they can have trouble along the road. )

A week passes on the road, a week of boring marching through various kingdoms, people often staring at them as they pass, three giant men an elf and a small woman are an interesting group after all. Its on the seventh day when they encounter trouble, the weather has taken a turn for the worst, rain pelting almost sideways down onto them as they trudge down the muddy road. Then they come across them, lying in the middle of the road are three bodies, or maybe its more. They're in so many pieces its hard to tell honestly, what's obvious however is that they where human, and from the look of the chainmail on one severed arm and the swords in the mud, well armed. Lamb pulls up as they approach them, "Sweet gods above, what happened here?"

"Damn."Arden said but walked up to inspect the bodies unphased, he was used to gore, but this was innsand, perhaps a where creature, or something worse lurked the area.

Del had done similar  things to her enemies in the past, she looked even less phased than Arden, after all perhaps these people on the road were wicked, perhaps they deserved their fat, who was she to judge when she knew not the context behind it... It did make her a bit peckish though. She took out a sweetroll she had  gotten in the  last town, and munched on it.

Soren approaches the carnage, sniffing cautiously, "Fresh, today maybe." He crouches next to a severed arm, looking at the bloody part of it, "Dragon maybe? Wyvern?"

Lamb is mostly fazed by the smell, he's seen bear Soren go through a squad of elves in more gore than this

Vesryn, too was unfazed by the bodies littering the ground. She had seen worse, done worse. Had she been alone, she would have simply passed them on without much thought, but since the rest of the group insisted on stopping she supposed there was nothing else to do. The bodies were fresh, according to Soren, and so it is possible that the murderer could still be around. Maybe killing it would be a bit of fun.

"Have you ever known A wyvern, or Dragon to kill without eating, because I haven't." Arden knew giant lizards of the feral sort were the voracious sort, he doubted one would tear up its prey like this, and leave without eating.
