  • The badlands


    The badlands are the urban slums, there are less abandoned buildings than ghost town, but still a few, and a good number of low end run down apartments and occupied buildings, there are a few dollar stores and fast food places, and a concrete factory overlooking it. Crime is high, supernatural activity certainly exists there.

  • Ghost Town


    Ghost town is the other poor side of town, further out than the badlands. Most of the residents live in the trailer park, an island in the center of miles upon miles of concrete jungle of abandoned and dilapidated buildings. There are a few gas stations, mechanics, and convenience stores, but not much else. Lots of homeless people, and lots of supernatural activity to the point the existence of cryptids and spirits is common knowledge.

But slowly, quietly, people began to return. Now a new city is being built on the ashes of the old one, one that the people hope will be even grander, even greater than the one that came before it. This city of tomorrow is named Illium.

    Years ago they called this place the Vegas of the East, Thebes on the Deleware, yeah those were the days, now look at it. Once this city was somethin' great, but all that's left now is the rotten husk. If it's ever gonna get fixed, it'll need someone with Moxy, grit, and the will to get their hands dirty to make this city clean.
