Appearance: She has dark skin, one side of her hair is shaved, with he rest tied in tight braids down to her shoulders. Rather lean, pretty.
Background: A psychic, grown from human DNA by the parliament. She was granted skills, powers, including empathy , clairvoyance , telepathy, telekinesis, flight; despite this she has leaned more towards the telepathy and telekinesis side. Since she was a child, the emotional repressing hasn’t always… worked. A naturally emotive child, quick to anger and literally bouncing off the walls. Even now, with years of forced repression, it has been difficult; too much stress and she cracks, always with disastrous results. One of these times proved fatal; she accidentally killed a superior officer when her anger got the best of her and she ran, leaving a trail of destruction in her wake.
