"Why should I?" Chris replies frowning as he turns his T.V back on.

"Because you loooove me," she teased, before sighing..

"Will you stop teasin me?" He replies as he sits down on the opposite side of the door.

Bless his wee sensitive soul. "Sure," She promised.

The door slowly opens to show him sitting on the floor arms crossed "Fine"

She grinned, and scootched over to give him a hug.

He sighs into the hug and for a while doesn't reciprocate, just sits there thinking about stuff. Eventually however he wraps his arms around her completing the hug.

"What's the matter?" She asked, when he didn't return the hug immediately.

"Huh?...oh , just thinking about stuff, about what's been going down, about you and me" He replies smiling as he holds her close , he should really get over himself. She's the best friend anyone could ask for, just because she doesn't feel the same way he does , doesn't give him a reason to brat off.

She pulled away. "Yeah... I don't really know...what to do about that..." No one had ever claimed they liked her before, nevermind loved her. She was clueless about how to react about it or what to do now. She had never thought about him as more than a friend, but something had definitely changed between them since he admitted that.

"Yeah you've made that clear already " He replies frankly.

"Sorry," She said with a frown, feeling the need to apologise.

"Don't be , it's fine " He says truthfully.

"Is it though?" She asked. It is clearly not completely fine, as he is still dwelling on it.

Chris doesn't really know how to answer that so he just gives her the truth " I'll be completely honest with you, I'm pretty much stuck on this, I've been trying not to dwell on it but it keeps coming back to mind, I've been really trying to ignore it but well, it's rather hard , for the most part we basically act like a couple already " He states .

She chewed on her lip. They did? Well, she did like flirt a bit, but that's just a bit of fun, and he doesn't reciprocate this at all. "You just threw me out of your apartment for flirting," She pointed out.

"Why you dwelling on the past so much Devi?" He replies smirking.

She poked him, rolling her eyes. "You started it."

"Well statistically it had to happen sometime " He replies snark clear in his tone.

"Oh, and why is that?" She asked, amusement glittering in her eyes.

"Why ? well if you cause problems 99% percent of the time , either out of curiosity , mischief or plain incompetence, eventually I have to fill in that one percent"

"I'm the cause of all the problems, am I?" She said, both slightly offended as well as amused.

"It would seem that way, if one would remember our visit to Violet's house? " He replies raising a brow , his smirk growing.

"You said you wouldn't bring that up!" She said, face burning at the memory.

He waggles his eyebrows "It's nothing to be ashamed of Devi, we all have urges from time to time" He teases.
