Chris throws his water bottle at the vampire "Shaddup"

She caught it and gave a laugh. "I'm so glad this was closed," She said, before opening it and taking a sip, before she put the lid back on and tossed it back to Chris.

Chris grabs it back and stares at it "Did you back wash?" He questions as he raises a brow in skepticism.

Devi just grinned. "So what if I did?"

"As much as you may wish to fantasize , I'm not drinking anything that comes out of you " He replies flatly as he pours the water down the drain.

She giggled. "I didn't, calm your tits."

"I don't trust like that " He replies blankly as he continues pouring the water down his sink drain then drops the bottle int he trash can.

"What's your deal?" She asked, her smile fading and replaced with a slight frown.

He raises a brow "Huh? Nothing I'm just joking around is all" He replies as he walks over to a speed bag and starts pounding on it playfully.

She arched a brow incredulously, before making her way over to him.

He raises a brow but continues hitting his speed bag.

"You sure you're okay?" She asked him, worried about her bestest friend ever.

He smiles and nods "For the most part yeah, I mean other than that whole 'second self' thing I'm fine you know?" He replies.

"I can see how something like that can throw someone off," She said, nodding in understanding.

"Dev , are you therapying me?" He asks grinning sheepishly as he continues hitting the bad "Full disclosure, I've been a bit off since that thing with those teens and Vi, I mean it's been getting so clear just how easily this could all fall apart, and then what two days later matt bounces"

"I think it already has fallen apart," Devi admitted. "I mean, our group kind of fell apart since Matt stopped hanging out, it seems we are the only people we can rely on."

Chris nods slowly as he continues to pound on the bag "Yeah seems like, can't say I'm all that surprised about it to be honest" He replies as he glances back to her "I don't even know where Vi is right now come to think of it"

"Yeah same..." She said slowly, then shrugged. "Well, at least you have me, that's all that matters." She grinned, showing she was joking.

Chris blushes slightly at the statement and goes back to hitting his bag.

"Awk you're blushing," she teased, before going up behind him and giving him a big hug.

Chris nods "Yes ,I am ,because as we've already stated I have a giant awkward crush on you" Chris said in his mind.

"Be quiet you"He replies smirking as he continues pounding on the speed bag.

"You gonna make me?" She grinned, eyes glinting mischievously.

"You're damn right I will " He replies smirking as he turns to kiss her full on the lips

"And violate your first amendment rights?" He replies eyebrow raised.

She just shrugged, a stupid smile still plastered on her face. "You got me there," She then wondered off to explore his new place.

It's not too big, and definitely has Chris style to it, with leather bean bags and light green futons as the main furniture , a large brown leather couch situated in front of the t.v working as an impromptu living room. Posters of old rock bands and movies from the 90's, and even a few 70's style neon signs decorate the walls and the kitchen has a small bar like setup . There's also a large black-and-white picture of Chris and Dev standing in front of the Navy Pier , and a few of him and Ash on the counter.
