Rise of humanity: The Saga Of Steel

Vesryns fumbling hands grappled for a knife, which she then used to plungplunge into the dudes stomach. And then the force of the ground meeting her sent the air whooshing from her lungs all at once, the impact of her head against it sent stars dancing across her vision and blackness to curl around the edges of it.

Piri gasps as the knife finds his stomach , he tries getting up , but stumbles every time he attempts it , the knife is too deep in , he realizes that ,if he pulls it out now he'll begin to bleed out . Panic begins to rise as he hears guards approaching ,no not like this! He has to escape , now , slowly he manages to stand ,using a nearby wall to stabilize himself as he starts to jog away as quickly as his body will take him.

(How is piri doing so well?)

Vesryn lurched into a sitting position, trying to shake any lingering dizziness as she heaved herself to her feet. Luckily nothing broken, but she expected a lump to for on the back of her head. But she couldn't focus on that now; there was a murderer to catch, she so went off in pursuit of him again. Once she regained her balance, doing so was easy again.

Piri is jot doing well at this whole escaping thing , as he has a knife in his stomach , no he's hobbling around in a nearby alley ,trying to be as quiet as possible .

(So far he's been rather lucky or Veseryn has been taking risky moves)

(ves should use her illusion to trick him into running into a wall or something)

He was then kicked in the back of the knee hard enough for him to fall to the ground. His head was then slammed into the dirt hard enough to either knock him unconscious or at least to just incapacitate him for a few minutes,  while hands searched and stripped him of weapons. Vesryn cursed under her breath as a headache pulsed at the back if her head making it rather hard to concentrate, but she powered on beat she could.

(That takes more energy than she wants right ml,  reg. And she wouldn't be able to concentrate on it enough. )

Piri growls and of course struggles as best he can to get Ves off , he can not be caught here! Not again , he failed the mission to kill the Queen , even if he had escaped with her location and the abilities of those guarding her ,he cannot fail another one!

"Move and you die," she hissed, pressing her knee in to his back which she knew would shift the blade in his stomach and cause him a little pain.

"Oh I'm sure I'll be dying anyway" He snarks back as using his free arm he rips the blade out and stabs it into her calf.

(Ves has the right to kill him)

(She'll want to interrogate him. And then she'll kill him.)

(Piri is not going to allow himself to die in a cell , that is for sure)

(well he just stabbed her.... seems like it'd be a bit out of character for her to fuck up and not follow through)

Vesryn caught his wrist hin her hand, because someone ripping a blade from his stomach wasn't entirely inconspicuous. She then pulled the blade from his grasp, and yanked his hair up to pull him to his feet.

Piri ,drops his wrist from her grip by pulling at her thumb and slams an elbow towards her face ,adrenaline rushing through his veins .

More stars leaped into her vision as his elbow connected with her nose. She cursed and reeled back, but found her balance quick enough. Anger pulsed, leading her movements ad she just stabbed him in the throat.

Piri catches the blade , the quick adrenaline high putting him for a short while ,dulling the pain in his stoumach and allowing him to move. Using the blade he pulls Ves into a hard punch followed up with a knee to the gut.

She doubled up on herself, wheezing. She then punched the wound in his stomach.

He gasps , blood splitting out onto her fist , the pain brings rage , and rage and adrenaline are never a good mix . He leaps back a bit ,trying to figure out a way to escape ,he already accomplished his mission , and his half elven features will make it hard for the humans to figure out who did this , leading to infighting. He's accomplished the mission ,now he just needs to escape!

obviously Arden is on his way at this point and not too far away

Vesryn loosed a sigh, already tired from this. Ah, where the hell was Arden. It wasn't that she needed him, but he'd sure be handy right now. But no matter, she just produced a single blade and stalked towards the assassination.

Piri drops a smoke bomb , filling the alleyway with thick purple fog that burns at the lungs , the mask across the lower side of his face allowing him to breath as he begins quickly scaling up a nearby building ,he is not going to make this easy.

(With a stab wound? He's Probably bleeding a lot)
