Vesryn made her way back down to the castle, and returned to their room. However, she hesitated before entering. She wasn't sure if Arden would still be there, and frankly wasn't too keen on talking to him at the moment. But she took in a deep breath and walked in anyway.

Arden was laying back in bed nor really sure what to do after there fight

Vesryn stepped in and perched on the edge of the bed. Her hands were folded on her lap, and her back was towards Arden. "I, ah," She cleared her throat a bit. "I didn't take it. I'm leaving it to chance."

"What made you decide that?" Arden asked as he sat up in bed trying to push the earlier fight from his mind

(I don't know who to blame here, Ves for pulling a knife on him , or Arden for taking it further)

(I think they're just both in the wrong)

Vesryn still didn't look at him as he spoke, and just said, "I don't want to kill a child." If she was pregnant, which she doubted, killing the innocent and vulnerable wasn't something she wanted to do.

(That's because they are)


Arden nodded, and a moment of silence passed before he said 'I'm sorry ves"

(But Arden more so [jk])

"Don't. It's over," She said, standing and striding over to the window. She looked out at the horizon, and loosed a sigh. "I'm sorry too."

Arden got at of bed and stood next to her "What do you want to do today my queen?" he asked her

Parath lifted her head to watch him run off. She shrugged her shoulders before trying to go back to sleep.

Epona kept looking for Parath in the city but eventually she gave up and waited for Shadow to return.

Shadow soon returnedto the group and asked "You guys have seriously just been standing there?" he checked to make sure Emron and his mom were still alive

Ysabel had been walking slowly around the city, though had stopped to wait on the others. She wondered who was in charge of the city, so she could request help from them. They had very little to offer, so she hoped they would help out of the kindness of their hearts.

Vesryn looked to him as he approached, before stepping forward and leaning her forehead on his chest. She loosed a sigh, before saying, "I would actually like to sort out the guard patrols."

Epona ran over to Shadow. "Did you find her?! Tell me you found her!" she exclaimed, eyes wide.

Shadow nodded at epona "Yeah she has an egg and breathed fire at me because she had an egg" He explained to her "Where's your mom at?"

Epona's eyes widened. "Sh-she had an egg?" she asked, surprised before she glanced around. "I don't know where my mom is, I think she's somewhere in the city." she answered him truthfully.

Emron wasn't close to listen to the discussion, he had already gone to barter in the market.

"We should go find them as soon as we can" Shadow said to her "it's not really safe to split up here"

Cole had followed the queen as he sensed she might be a target, and he could provide at least some protection "Ma'am are you sure splitting up is wise?" the half goblin mage asked

"Hm, perhaps not," Ysabel agreed, but it wasn't like she had gone very far from the others. She breathed in the scent of the city. Ah, she had missed this. She was made for luxury, not for the wild.

Cole notices some swift movement on the roof. Piri holds in a gasp as he sees the queen, his target! She's here ripe for the taking...well there is some goblin dude guarding her, but he could easily take that one down . He slowly and silently prepares his new short bow.

Cole saw something suspicious moving along the roof and pulled the queen into a crowd

(C'mon man Piri's a ninja , at most Cole would have gotten suspicious, give me some leeway here , I said he was movement, not that Piri was like running around openly on the roof)

Ysabel followed Cole with a frown. Perhaps he saw something interesting?

Piri licks his index finger and puts it up to the wind, alright wind is blowing eastwards, by now the queen has probably moved what, ten paces? If he fires this at a 36 degree angle he could probably hit her or at least that little goblin dude. That would be to public though, if Ysabel was shot down in the center of the street the whole city would panic . He needs to do this covertly , make it look like an accident.
