God I hate you

"Anyways , I had an idea, wanna come over to my place?" He asks with an eager smile.

"Why did you come all the way here to ask me that?" He asked.

"I wanted to see you" He replies with a small adorable smile "Also I don't think you have a car ."

"I do have a car," He replied

"Why did you have to tell me that? Couldn't you have just let me be blissfully ignorant you asshat?" He replies with an embarrassed laugh .

"You're right I should have gotten you to drive me everywhere," He replied with a grin.

"So yes or no?" Candy replies getting impatient.

"Yeah," He said. "Sure."

Candy smiles a smile so bright and happy that for a second D remembers he's never even been on a date with a guy before.

Well neither has D so it's an adventure for then both.

Thirty minutes later

 Candy stops the car as he hums the song on the radio to himself "D, D wake up we're here" He says with a laugh as he pats the vampire on the chest a bit.

He groaned. "I wasn't sleeping," He grumbled, despite it being obvious he was.

"You mumble in your sleep you know , it's cute as hell" He replies as he stops the car and hops out , stretching a bit as the car ride is a bit long "You'll love this place I swear , and don't worry about rumor's speading what happens in Candyland stays in Candyland querido" He declares as he gestures to the tall arc that crowns the metal security gate reading those very same words in gold.

"Candyland?: he said incredulously  "Are you kidding me"

"You do know that's my last name right?" He replies with a raised brow  as he swipes a card at a terminal and the gate opens "You wanna walk from here or use the car?"

"Course I do," He said, frowning at the card he swiped.

Candy doesn't respond as his attention has turned to other things "Huh , I've never even brought Jim here, does that make me a bad friend?"

"The hell is Jim?"

He just rolls his eyes "Not important right now just follow me kay?"

"Sure."

The walk there is pleasant , the downhill path easy to traverse , allowing Demetri to appreciate the sights and smells of the estate.Massive fields of roses , dandelions ,and lavender , trees bearing apples and birds nest , a couple dozen horses can be seen roaming out in the distance. A small smile works it's way onto Candy's lips as his hand brushes against Demetri's tentatively , a nervous request.

Demetri is at first surprised at all this land, but then realised that he shouldn't be as he totally associated Candy with a forest and stuff. His hand flinched slightly when he felt something brush against it, but he quickly realised it was only candy's hand. He met the fey's gaze, and glarced around as if to check for other people before taking his hand.

The fey can't help but grin widely , giggling a bit as his fingers interlock with the vampires , dark red blush taking over his freckled skin .His attention no longer on the sights and sounds of the estate , but on Demetri. His posture loosens considerably , shoulders slumping a bit with relief as his nerves come to a calm. As they reach the top of a hill they can see not to far a way , a massive manor house , at least five stories in height , taking up at least like 13'000 square feet. It's white in color , looking as though sculpted from marble with a crisp black tile roof , the doorway held up by Romanesque pillars , giving off a great grand feel. Out of one of the many upstairs windows two flags hang , the stars and stripes ,and the flag of Cuba.

  In the large cobblestone courtyard seven different cars are parked, Mercedes Benz , Rolls Royce , Corvette's , Cadillac, Aston Martin's. down below the great hill the house sits on to the left , what looks like a stable can be seen , color scheme matching the house , presumably where those horses from earlier stay. "It's pretty nice right?" Candy says with a casual smile as they steadily make their way down the path towards the lawn . Where a young man , with features very similar to Candy's can be seen playing with a Bernese mountain dog.

Demetri gaped at the house once it came into view. "Jesus. I didn't know you were so..." He faded off, pulling his hand out of Candy's when he spotted another person.

"Dude...he's my brother , he don't give a damn" Candy replies with a confident grin as he waves to the man "Renaldo! Stop making out with your dog and say hi !" He demands "This is D , I'm sure you remember him right? He beat me up?..Many times?" Almost so quick that D can't react he finds himself being held up by his collar , Candy's brother giving him a death glare.
