A Friendly Greeting

Celeste thought about it. "Want me to teach you a spell?" she asked.

"You can try if you want, i'm not great at learning combat spells" Lucian admited

Celeste chuckled. "Do you know the shield one?" she asked.

"Nope" lucian admitted "Just fireball for combat"

Celeste snickered. "I know ice beam, levitation, teleportation, shield, fireball, and paralyzing bolt." she said, counting them with her fingers.

"I know some curses, charm making, healing, and potions mostly." Lucian explained to her

Celeste smiled. "I can show you how to do the ice beam if you want." she said.

"Shield would be the best" he said with a smile

Celeste blinked. "How 'bout both then?" she asked. "Besides, who wouldn't want to be able to do this?" she asked and cupped her hands together and then trusted them forward, freezing a little piece of the wall.

"Good point" Lucian said cheerfully "But i'm a slow learner with spells"

Celeste smiled. "Don't worry, I'll help you learn it quicker." she said.

"Well alright" Lucian said ready to learn

Celeste waited for him to get ready. "You know fireball right?" she asked.

Lucian nodded and picked up his staff

Celeste smiled. "Well, for a ice beam you probably want to start with your hands first, but you can try it with a wand instead. The only difference is with your hands you have to cup then and then thrusted them forwards but with a wand you make a circle or a U shape." she said.

Lucian was indeed a slow learner, by the time the rain stopped he was no closer to being able to cast it

Celeste sighed kind of giving up and she could hear her her own stomach growl.

"Oh uh there's still food" Lucian said as he heard her stomach growl as well

Celeste nods and goes to eat, wondering where the ghost goat was.

Said ghost goat bleated right behind her

Celeste flinched visibly and swipes at the goat to make it go away.

the goat does not seem to register this as her hand passes through its spectral form

Celeste is apparently scared of ghosts.

Lucian shoos the ghost goat back outside

Celeste watches as the goat ghost goes away.
