Continuing warhammer 40k on this sight for convenience

The ship came in hot with pieces tearing off in the atmosphere, it was the pilot's skill that kept any of it together at all but the crash was still quite jarring. The cockpit was the safest place to have been, any other sections of the ship had collapsed or fallen off leaving most of the troupe dead or at least injured with broken bones, concussions, and lacerations. It was an absolute mess, and their ship was completely scrapped with only a handful of he troupe in fighting shape.

Ysil just smirks "I'm very good at my job , in case you forgot my job is killing people"

Menarith immediately jumped from her seat after their very rough landing, and stared in astonishment at the carnage that had taken place. She had known these people for years, fought with them, performed with them. And they have fallen, courtesy of a random attack by random pirates. Rage eclipsed her grief; her grip tightened on her miststave.

"You went at them head on?" He asked surprised, then grinned "Did I ever tell you about the time i singlehandedly killed a dark eldar succubus?" For a human he was a good fighter, an Ysil had seen him in action and he wasn't that good

The eldar had not yet noticed there were chaos cultists coming to inspect the area, but it was clear to anyone their may be raiders of some sort on their way after the salvage. "Shadowseer what should we do?" Asked one of her remaining fighters

"No , no you haven't , because you know I wouldn't believe you" She replies frankly.

"I did one, I swear." He was honest, but he laughed "I may have utilized the main gun on a leman russ, and they may have been too preoccupied taking a trophy to notice me at the time but it counts"

"I suppose it does in it's own pathetic way" She replies .

"How many succubi have you killed in a straight up melee brawl?" He questioned, he'd guess the number was zero they were the greatest fighters of the dark eldar, and she was quite young for an eldar she had said

" Does it count if they're very heavily injured ?" She asks.

"How heavily?" he inquired

"She was missing a foot and most of her right arm" Ysil replies honestly.

Hadrian mocks"Your deeds should be rewarded by the Emperor himself surely no greater task has ever been completed"

"And what of you other human?" She replies with a raised brow.

"Me?" Asked the man who owned the house who was walking to the fridge

"No the other other human" She replies.

"Me?" Asked the man's wife

"No not you female human , the male human sitting next to me" She replies.

"Me...Well I just had the one job of taking out an Ork Warboss before" Hadrian says proudly

"Me?" Asked the man's son who was enjoying cookies at the table and offered her one

Eldar smiles at the small child and accepts the cookie "Thank you but no , I meant this one *points at Hadrian"

"And how fair was that fight?" Gallus asked

"Sure his back was turned but it made it harder to shoot!" Hadrian points out

"Such a brave soul we have here, the kinda guy who likes to look his opponent dead in the eye... through the scope of a high powered sniper rifle six blocks away" Gallus joked

Ysil chuckles lightly at that .

"It was eight blocks away" Hadrian corrects
