Trouble at the Plains

"No i'm actually here looking for your hair." Lucian said sounding offended "That... sounded worse didn't it?... It's for a potion."

Acheron just stared at Lucian as he said that, well guess he wasn't a thief but all of that was still weird. "My... Hair? Potion? The hell are you talking about, that is just creepy! Explain yourself!" As he coughs up more blood.

"No that's just Lucian , he's pretty cool over all" Chris explains,

"I'm lucian, I think you know me, you did stay in my castle in the dead war like everyone else, and never said thank you either but that's fine i guess" Lucian said before getting to the point "I needed the air of a shadow demon for this invisibility potion, also all you injured? I have a potion to help with that"

"Yeah he was attacked by some hunters while trying to stop a staged robbery they did to catch him" Chris explains with a sigh.

Acheron scratched his head and spoke. "Oh yeah... I think I remember seeing you there... And right, my hair... For a potion... And yes, thanks for noticing that I am not feeling my greatest, but if you can help I would take it gladly. Can you remove bullets too?" Acheron questioned as he started walking to sit on his bed.

"Yeah my spirits kinda saved everyone's lives but no biggie...." Lucian said to him, it seemed most people had forgotten that anyway "I can yes"

Acheron nodded and waited for Lucian to assist him.

lucian took out a potion and handed it to him "Since you're a demon and your body is less yielding it will be very slow and painful but it will num you, heal you and push out the bullets"

Acheron accepted the potion, it sounded good overall despite some of the downsides. "Thanks..." Acheron said as he opened the potion bottle and drank it.

"That's what i'm here for" Lucian said and headed out

After Acheron had consumed the potion he laid down on his bed to rest.

Chris nods , a small smile on his face "Okay then , hopefully those hunters will just fuck off and we'll be fine"

Acheron looked at Chris and spoke. "Yeah... Even if I only punish criminals, they still hate me... Strange world isn't it?" Acheron mused as he stayed on his bed.

"Well you to tend to drive criminals mad but , they tend to kill us for existing so I don't think they can judge" Chris replies with a nod

Acheron spoke more. "And if I do drive them mad? I do think that has nothing to do with it, guess they really just hate us and thought I would be an easy target..." Acheron said and slightly grunted at the pain he felt.

Chris nods grimly "Well , you should get your rest Achy , but I'll check in on you in a bit okay?" He states as he makes his way out of the demon's room.

Acheron rests, Cassandra later comes to take off Acheron's clothes off for washing and well, repair. Then she leaves as Acheron told her what happened so things should be fine.

Chris comes in and sets some food and a cup of tea on the nightstand near Achy's bed , then leaves again.

Acheron was not feeling like eating and drinking right now, the regrowing tissue inside him is actively pushing the bullets out and it was almost done so he can fully heal but it hurt a bit.
