Facing Trouble

Willamena usually followed a strict schedule from her boss but she had a offer to actually gain money this time by fulfilling a request another supernatural had given her. A grim stray had killed their brother and wanted to avenge them but found themselves too scared to do so themselves. She took the mission and started searching for the grim stray who is rumored to be living with and cared for by a mage. Strange mission! she thought, she wondered why supernatural hunters hadn't managed to kill it yet, but she doubted any human could outwit and outpace a grim stray, especially one that had killed in the past. She now followed the tracks of the mage who is said to be around the grim stray, but she knew the mage would be an obstacle. She was though certain if she got the mage out of the way, killing the grim stray should be easy as pie.

Meanwhile finn was chilling in his apartment watching tv

As usual, Kari was raiding his kitchen for food. In her current state, it wouldn't be immediately obvious that she is the stray as she appears relatively normal. Save for the fact, of course, that she is sitting on the floor struggling to get the last Malteaser out of the box. She was blissfully unaware of Wilamena, and ignorant to the fact that someone would want her killed.

Willamena tracked down Finn to his apartment and casually knocked on the door. She might as well trick him into believing she didn't come to kill anyone, which might be a foolish mistake if he believed her.

"Oh that must be the guy with the chinese food" Finn commented opening the door and suspecting no danger, but not before pointing at kari, and saying "No barking or chasing, remember the rule"

When Finn opened the door he could see a youngish looking girl with very pale skin, pitch black hair tied in a low ponytail, and strangely glowing yellow eyes. If he paid attention he could sense she was a vampire. "I'm looking for a mage that hangs out with a grim stray, are you him by chance?" she asked him softly. At this point her acting skills are rewarding her.

Kari hopped up at the thought of more food, but was quickly halted in her tracks when it was clear the woman at the door held no bag full of delicious smelling goodies. The lady's voice made the stray even more suspicious, as well as the scent of her. She was no human, that was for sure.

Willamena glanced towards Kari and her eyes glinted cold, but she said nothing to her. "I take it you're the grim stray I was told to meet with." she said, assuming. Little did they know she carried her twin daggers on her belt.

This woman had no chinese food, and the fact that she knew about the grim stray made fin suspicious. He stepped back so he'd have space to cast a spell if she tried anything "Who are you?" he demanded

Willamena didn't answer him, instead pulled out her twin daggers and charged towards him, trying to stab or place one at his throat.

finn at the same time tried to put up a magic barrier between them, before she could stab him

Kari shifted immediately when the woman attacked, snaking around Finn in order to try and bite at the assassin's feet.

Willamena kicked the grim stray at her feet before she managed to go around the magic barrier and go after Kari instead, her twin daggers in her hand.

finn had time to hit will with a blast of spirit  energy when she tried to move around his sheild due to her injured leg and stuff

A loud yelp could be heard, as the woman's foot connected with Kari's head, and she back away somewhat. Her ears were flat to her head, tail raised somewhat as she growled at the stranger.

Willamena took a direct hit with the spirit energy and her back hit the wall real hard. She chuckled and smiled evilly at them. "You don't know when to quit, do you?" she asked them before she took out her throwing stars that were hidden in her pockets and threw some in Kari's direction.

Finn stepped in front of the attack taking several stars in the side for kari

Willamena took the time for him to get injured to leap onto him and get him into a choke hold.

The fast movement of Willamena's throwing stars made Kari retreat a little more, head lowered somewhat. She glanced up at Finn, unaware that he was hurt, before darting around him and sinking her teeth into the assassin's leg, which would soon paralyze her.

Finn  fell to the floor clutching his wounds

(This is not a good day for Will might I add XD)

Willamena grunted in pain as she felt the grim stray's fangs enter her leg. She could already feel the paralysis starting to work. She dropped her weapons and fell onto her knees. She tried shaking Kari off but before she could do that she crumpled onto the ground paralyzed.

Kari shook the leg like a dog toy, teeth clamped on tightly. Once satisfied the leg was bloodied up enough, and the woman was paralyzed, she padded over to Finn. She nosed his wounds lightly, head tilted slightly to the side.

Finn flinched as she did so  the wounds hurt "Could you get me the  first aid kit in the bathroom cabinet?" he asked Kari

Willamena was still on the ground and her leg was very bloodied.

Kari jumped over him before rushing to the bathroom, having to shift back into her human form in order to reach it. She returned to Finn's side once again, dumping everything she could find that resembled a first aid kit on the floor, one of which luckily being what he asked.
