Out of place

Ez arrived at the airport with lori nd a couple suitcases "Hey thanks for volunteering to fly us to england Hill" He said as he headed for the dude's airplane. The time had come, he had alll but finished his staff, and now he would need to face his greatest foe yet to get the final peice he would need for a truly powerful catalyst, european elitism, and racial divisions... it was no coincidence he had chosen to visit the Brittish archmage last...

"Least one who honors the gentlemanly code could do after you two helped me nab that particular treasure." The archaeologist "Besides what's to worry about , I'd be more worried if you asked me to fly you to Birmingham Alabama than Birmingham England."

"So would I" The mutant said with a nod as he started getting his things on board he asked "Ever been to england Hill?"

"Fought in the first world war as a member of the Canadian air corps , since they wouldn't let me pilot for the union, which means most of my time was spent off mission in England yes. " He explains as he helps him with his bags.

"How was it?" he asked

"How was fighting in World War one?" He replies with a raised brow.

"No, england" he said

"It rains a lot , and they're a very dour people if I'm being honest....nice pubs though"

"And like that I think you got lori on board" Ez said with a smirk

"Y'think so?" He replies with a grin as he packs up the last luggage and straightens his bright red ascot a bit "Now I warn you now , they don't take kindly to our kind over there , mutants I mean , I can hide any visible mutation with a contact lenses , you'd need a whole extensive shape shifting spell or glamour "

"I suppose I'll just have to endure" Ezrune said to him

He nods , giving a small pat on the back .

Ez chuckled "I'm sure i've been through worse"

"Don't worry, Ez, I'll beat 'em up for ya!"

"Please don't" Ez replied, hat always got them in serious trouble

She wasn't listening.

Ez knew that, she never did

She did sometimes, mostly when he's talking about food and/or violence.

"....Why are we bringing her?"

"If we didn't invite her she'd hang on to the outside of the plane the whole way" Ezrune eplained

" Well that's how you know it's really love " He jokes.

Ez bursts out laughing at that.

"Oh fuck off"

Ez jokingly made kissy faces at lori despite him actually being in love a little... ok a lot. He kept that to himself, burried deep deep inside; because he knew there was absolutely zero chance she would ever feel the same way, and he couldn't really blame her for that.

After over 76 or so years of traveling around the world , and with around four dozen or so romantic affairs behind him, Hill could safely say he would know that look anywhere.
