Saturday Night

"Because my dear , there is no universe where you're allowed to be" Chris says as he smirks , standing at around 6 foot right now and therefore towering over both the two of them and Matt.

Dev kicked him in the shin. "I blame you and your old game!"

He dodges with a snicker , long ears twitching a bit as he does so "Alright , let's get out of here and take stock of our surroundings guys"

Matt wished he had a magic missile spell so he went up to the inn keeper and asked "Howdy where can I learn more magic?"

"Well I've a few spell tomes I could sell you , but you don't seem strong enough just yet" The portly inkeeper replies , then in Matt's vision comes a scroll of golden letters (Level too low , complete tutorial first).

Dev crossed her arms. "I just wanted to be tall, goddamnit."

Dawn pats her on the back while holding in a laugh "Well at least it won't be weird when we try to kiss right?" She replies with a shrug as she pushes open the door and literally disappears.

"Where can we go to become stronger?" Matthew asked him hoping he would pouint them in the direction of the tutorial which hopefully would show them how this world works

"Holy shit!" Dev cried, and rushed after her.

The inkeeper points to the door "I hear dere's a small bandit camp out in da woods , maybe if you deal with those ruffians you'll learn a few fings eh?"

Devi is met with a loading screen.

Dev folded her arms impatiently. "This is getting old quick," She told the game.

"Thank you" Matthew said and headed out after them

Soon enough she finds herself outside in the woods , deer and sheep scurrying through the dark green brush as the strange smells of the forest waft to her nose. A butterfly as big as he head floats past , golden wings glowing with a strange light and leaving behind golden dust . She should probably loot that . "Oh hey Dev! This place is crazy look over there!" Dawn exclaims as she sprints over to Devi and points to the landscape before them. A sweeping and majestic mountain valley , crowned by two twin snow capped mountains that seem to reach on forever and ever. The great plain below a pleasant light green , horses and caravans can be seen moving along like ants across , and majestic music begins to literally play as they look over the scenery.

"Oh sweet" matthew said standing in awe of the scenery then suddenly said "We need to figure out a way in and out of this place" he realized that if their bodies were still in the real world they had about three days before they expired

"Is that a dragon?!" Chris replies as he points to a magnificent winged scaled creature swooping down from the misty white clouds above far in the distance. "Yeah , yeah you're right , wonder how though , none of us are too familiar with magic "

"Guys am I dreaming?" Dev asked, staring around. "This is a dream right? This is too cool to be real."

"I guess we juat have to play the game then..." Matthew said following the waypoint towards the bandit camp after marveling at the dragon for a sec

Devi's eyes see farther then the rest , she can see all the way across the horizon , she can see the marble white ruined pillars that lie in the valley below , she can see a might grey stoned city far in the distance , the little farms and villages that dot the landscape before them . Each and every person going about their daily business , the smith hammering the steel of a pipe , the tailor sewing the hem of a skirt . The smoke that comes out of each and every chimney . Her elven eyes let her see it all.

Chris nods in agreement "Too bad we've all got sucky gear" He replies as he gestures to his only weapon , a dagger , then to Dawn's rather lame looking gambeson armor.

"Hey sweet I think this improved my vision," She said, watching the little tiny people moving about.

"Yeah..." Leo said in response to Chris.

"I mean you've just got a stick" Chris teases with a chuckle as he points to Leo's club "We need to get moving though" He reaffirms as he begins jogging down the path towards the waypoint.

Matt followed with his crude staff and said "Let's see if the bandits can help us rectify that a bit"

Dev followed, though was too busy staring into the distance and tripped over something.

Dawn makes sure to catch her whenever that happens "I mean I'm supposed to be a tank but my shield is made out of planks and I look like I'm wearing a quilt" She comments with a laugh as suddenly an arrow flies out of the forest and hits Matt , a sting of pain erupting through his shoulder as he loses some HP points "Looking for us eh?" A sleazy voice asks as seven bandits step out of the forest.

"Hey that was convenient," Dev said.

"oh uh yeah... we just wanted to let you know that uh..." Matt immediately responded with his fireball spell and ducked behind dawn "Protect me squire!"
