Impromptu friendship

Take grumbles a bit as their horse trots down the bumpy road "Think that fish was a bit old , it ain't sitting well with me"

"Not bothering me any, perhaps it is your commoner digestive track" Toshi teased

Then the horse passes from under the trees and the bright sun shines down hard onto Toshi's delicate pallid tentai skin.

Toshiro crossed his arms

Take laughs a bit "What's wrong tentai , is it your delicate highborn skin?" He jeers as they ride down towards a large town.

He grumbbles "I still have enough power in my little finger to turn you to ash" but it is a statement with not teeth as it were, he's not a wrathful person about such things

"Not before the sun turns you into a cooked ham" He teases .

Toshiro returs to grumbling

In the middle of the town a small yet awful scene is beginning to unfold , right in the town square sorrounded by a small crowd of both soldiers and jeering commoners three Yogore have been chained to the ground by each limb. Behind them a large wooden wall covered in blood .

Toshiro awkwardly avoided looking

Take's eyes narrow as he watches "What're they doing ?"

Toshiro continues gaze averting

Take stops the horse, hand on the hilt of his sword and begins walking over , not really understanding what's happening here.

One of the yogore, a young woman, was fighting against the chains while shouting profanities at the jeering crowd.

Oh llook a bird! toshiro watched the bird

The sound of flesh being punctured fills the air , followed by the pained screams of a young girl by the sound of it . A samurai has pierced the yogore to the right with a spear , and with ease lifts her up and pins her against the wall. Without hesitation three soldiers step forward , knock arrows on their long bows and pepper her , screams filling the air as the arrows pierce her torso. Take gasps and dashes over , drawing his blade swiftly as he charges the soldiers, teeth bared.

The sight only fuelled Koharu's rage, and her shouting increased. The sickening sounds made her visibly flinch, but she could not look away from the violence.

"Damnit" Toshiro cursed, since he was involved now, he threw out a hand and the archers were cut down with blades of the wind itself

Take charges madly at the samurai , both swords drawn as the crowd flees back to their little huts.

Toshiro dismounted the horse and leaned on a nearby tree looking bored, he'd let Take have the melee ones now the archers wiire out of the way

With a quick merciless efficiency he cuts them down , growling like a beast as with a swing of his katana he nearly cuts the samurai in half. A shower of dark blood spraying over him and staining his dark kimono as he lunges at his next target. Sending his blade through the ashigaru's throat without hesitation. In a swift motion he pulls it out , the soldier spitting up blood as he falls o the ground lifelessly , wasting little time he spins and with force slams the butt of his blade into the next attacker's throat , smashing his windpipe in with a sickening crack. The man drops his spear , clutching out his throat as he coughs up blood , struggling in vain to gasp in some last breaths as he stumbles back and eventually , lips a pale blue and eyes glazed over , falls into the dirt.

Koharu stared in shock at this Nihon helping a bunch of Yogore.

Technically Toshire the Tentai did to but sure leve him out... said toshiro crossed his arms and yawned
