Franky simply sheathes his blade "I'm not doing this , it seems more like you're just in the mood to embarrass someone , and know that since your an elf you can beat me without much effort "

Rin put a hand on her hip. "So why did you agree to it in the first place?"

"Because I couldn't tell at first " He replies flatly as he goes back to drinking lemonade .

She huffed and collapsed back into a chair. "How do you lot stand each other? You're all so unexciting."

"Well I'm sorry that we can't all be assholes like you" Franky replies in a faux-apologetic tone.

"I don't know what you're so upset about, it was obvious I'd beat you from the start," She replied, head resting on a fist.

Rook was not joining in on this discussion

"Then why'd you bother?" Franky replies with a raised brow .

"Because, my dear," She leaned closer, looking as if she were about to unlock the secrets of life to him. "I. Was. Bored."

She cast her gaze around the crew once again. "There must be someone who is just a little competent."

The shaman is currently upstairs trying to find a cool feather cloak to wear when they address the queen tomorrow .

As the shaman was currently not in her sights, she did not think to ask him, and decided so go walk around the town.

The city is like many other cities , the streets are crowded , and the air is filled with the sounds of merchants yelling about their wares. The buildings are made out of simple stone , most adorned with engravings in a language Rin does not understand.

Normally, Rin wasn't a big fan of large cities, however the buzz of the surging crowds and merchants was infectious, and she found herself wishing she understood what the hell they were on about so she could join in on some haggling. Regardless, she watched them all with some amusement as she continued on her way.

Eventually she finds herself in front of something resembling a massive rectangular arena , thousands of voices crying out to whatever manner of entertainment is going on in there .

Rin obviously made a beeline towardsthis arena, following the excitable shouts until she reached it.

There is of course , security as it is a massive arena .

Rin somehow managed to bypass all security.

She finds herself in one of the few empty sits in one of the middle rows , in the center of the arena is a large square shaped pit and in that a strange and daunting looking obstacle course , complete with drops into water , spinning platforms , and other such dangers.

Rin regarded the course with more amusement. This city was certainly full of surprises.

On the starting line of the course there are two teams one dressed in green , one in blue , as she looks around the crowd she notices that the same colors are very common.

Rin just scrutinised the two teams to decide which she thinks will win.

One team is made up of brawnier , younger guys , the other a veteran squadron.
