The Plan Against Matthew

"Bastard," She murmured, confident there could have been a different way this could have gone.

"What do you people want from me, I did my best here!?" Matthew shouted suddenly and stormed out, punching a hole in the wall as he left. Stress was boiling up inside him he had targets on his back from every direction,he knew he had enemies among both demon's, and angels. This proved they would use his friends , and family to get to him, and that Matthew couldn't protect any of them... so maybe the only way to keep them safe was to disappear, to leave or too cast himself upon his blade.. he didn't know... all he knew is  they weren't safe with him around, and he could not bare seeing one killed. Matthew began walking away, but he needed to see Heleanor , and tagas first. He used his hellgate crystal, and stepped through the portal.

"Woah, woah, Matt, you can't leave us here!" She cried, reaching out feebly for him.

In the forest where Heleanor and Tagas lived at was a slight breeze of wind making the branches and leaves move around, but it was a refreshing breeze.

"Fin's got you, you'll be fine he's a mage, i think Acheron's here too, they'll take care of your wounds." Matthew assured them they would be fine and said one last thing before he stepped through "Hey listen... You guys are the best alright? He turned his back, and after he walked through the portal snapped shut. This was the last they would see of him for some time, but he had another heartbreaking goodbye to make with the one he loved. When he arrived Mathew searched for heleanor and Tagas; his face told of sorrows to come

Finn having neutralized the mind control, and parasites was tending to their bullet wounds.

Acheron shook his head at the events, he went to assist Devi and Chris for now.

Healeanor was in the nest, Tagas was climbing down a tree to go see Matthew. "Hey, Daddy! I didn't expect such a sudden visit, what is up?" He asked as he came down to the ground.

Matthew gave a sad smile at Tagas's upbeat nature "Tagas get your mother" he said softly to his son "I need to tell you both something."

Devi didn't like goodbyes - she never had - and this particular one seemed very final. Although Matt hadn't been around them as often has he had been before, she still didn't want to lose him as a friend. "You aren't too bad yourself," She said softly as he disappeared, before focusing back on Finn. "Hey, so if you sacrifice some of your blood, the process might speed up," She suggested, rather too hopefully.

Tagas looked at his father unsure why he had such a sad expression, he then called his mother and Heleanor came through the hole in the hill. "Oh, Matthew I didn't think you were here... How is everything dear?" She asked him a bit worried.

"I love you both with  all of my heart, and that will never change." Matthew said to the two of them meeting both their eyes as he spoke. "That's why i need to leave you for a while, I've made a lot of enemies, and lately They've been targeting those close to me... is they found out about you, you wouldn't be safe."

"Shit,he's gonna do something stupid now isn't he?" Chris assumes with a frown as he manages to get himself into a sitting position. He glances over to Dev with a smirk "I don't think he'll be gone forever though "

Finn nodded at dev "Take to much though, and i'll set you on fire" he cheerfully warned

"Yeah, he'd just miss us too much," Devi responded absently to Chris, before she focused on Finn. "Fair enough."

Heleanor and Tagas listened, but hearing what Matthew said did not sit well with Tagas. "You can't be serious Daddy! I want to hang out with you, I can take care of myself and Mommy if they come!" Tagas said sounding confident, Heleanor nodded in understanding but still a bit sad.

Chris suddenly gets a very obvious idea and decides to try and text Matt, hopping that through some magic or the hand of God that Hell has phone reception.

"These are powerful angels, and demons, even an archangel." Matthew said to Tagas "I'll come find you both if it's ever safe to return." he assured his son, and looked up at heleanor "You are the one, and only love of my life." He said to the big demon "If I could erase all my enemies, and start over i would ask to marry and share the rest of my days with you" matthew receives the text but doesn't take out his phone because this is not the time

Chris shrugs and puts his phone away for now, he's probably talking to that centipede demon lady right about now.

Tagas growled and spoke more. "Daddy I can take them! Just don't leave me behind!" He shouted obviously frustrated about this. Heleanor leaned towards Matthew to give him a hug and she spoke. "Very well, I wish you all the strength to go through with this..." She said and gave Matthew a small smile, she looked at the frustrated Tagas.

Matthew put a hand on his son's shoulder, and shook his head "Tagas you must become strong, and stand ready if they come after you, do not eat the souls of the innocent, but do what it takes to become stronger so you can defend your mother if they come. This is an important responsibility, and I need you for it."

Tagas sighted at his father's words, he looked a bit sad and spoke. "Right... I will try my best Daddy... You will see... I am not your son for nothing after all..." He said and gave his father a smile, guess he had to accept this situation for now.

Matthew smiled at his son, and gave him a hug before "I'm proud of you kiddo.
 he said waving goodbye

Heleanor and Tagas waved goodbye to Matthew, they would wait for his return.

Chris tries texting Matt again this time saying "Hey Matt, you realize you can still keep contact with us right? You don't have to tell us where you're going or any of that,but at the very least don't be a butt-munch and check in every once in a while, kay?"
