Matthew expected this since the teleport behind thing was pretty much his own signature move he countered the claws of acheron by projecting a bright angelic light

The shadow claw disappeared as Matthew was shining like a Christmas tree right now, Acheron backed off but attacked Violet and Devi with his claws. He swiped at them trying to cause bleeding wounds.

Devi had her eyes on the shadows and Matt, but his sudden glowing caused her to shield her eyes with a soft "Gah!". Due to this, she had no time to react to the claw that rushed towards her and Violet, which sent a line of fire down her arm that had previously been guarding her eyes from blindness. "S***!" She cried, clutching at her wound and backing up from the shadows.

Matthew rushed Acheron lights still active he needed to close the gap before acheron hurt anyone else

As Matthew came close to Acheron he exposed him as he was now standing there unable to look at Matthew due to the light, he tried to back up from Matthew.

Matthew formed a club in his left hand and swung hard for the demon's head hoping to knock him out

Acheron let out a slight grunt as the club hit him in the head, he fell on the ground and didn't move. The club hit right on the spot, rendering Acheron unconscious for now but how long would that last?

Chris rushes the attacking ninja from behind running him through with a scavenged sword before rushing over to get Vi "Vi..can you stand ?" he asks as he clumsily fights off another ninja.

"Okay, I understand" He replies as he quickly picks her up like a potato sack "Sorry gotta fight off a bunch of vampires while doing this ,hope it's not too uncomfortable " He mutters hurriedly as he kicks away an assassin.

"Well Vi I don't fancy your chances of survival if I drop you to fend for yourself ,so unless you have a damn good plan, that'll be a know " he replies calmly.

Vi, I want you to remember I did this to protect you" He's grinning wickedly , he then opens a dumpster and drops her on some trash bags before running off to fight some other guy.

Matthew runs over and grabs Violet, before teleporting for a hospital

"Oh right...that" Chris says feeling like a complete idiot for not just asking Matt to take her there, but then remembers Vi is obviously a nekomini and they'll probably call the hunters to kill her.

Devi's eyes had been fixated on the blood that was seeping from Violet's wound. She had visibly sagged in relief when Matt teleported her away, as she had no desire to accidentally and unconsensually drink a friend's blood.

Matthew made sure to grab her hat before dropping violet off in the ER

"Matt , what you just did was very very dangerous " Chris says frowning as he looks around only to find all the ninjas have been taken down "Phew"

Matthew soon returned to the others

Acheron was coming back to, he was slowly trying to rise up but hold the spot with his hand of his head where Matthew had hit him. He seemed a bit dizzy still.
