The Ordos Xenos, the branch of the imperial inquisition dedicated to hunting down, researching, and classifying Xenos. The ultimate goal of the inquisition is to eradicate these blights upon a galaxy that by all rights belongs to mankind, or at least in the case of a few more radical inquisitors, just making sure they don’t destroy humanity and the imperium. Regardless of fringe and heretical opinions every sane human can agree that for all their ruthlessness, unaccountability, and occasional gross incompetence; the agents of the inquisition are the only things standing between the imperium, and destruction at the hands of its greatest foes, and should the imperium fall humanity would not be far behind. You are a newly acquired agent of a lord inquisitor operating in the Caligari sector; though you all come from different places, your collective skills and knowledge are the backbone of the inquisition. Your commanding inquisitor is academic and has been speculated to be lazy and/or cowardly, therefore most of the leg work must be done by field teams like yours.
