(I'm sorry I could not ressist)

A part of Rook tries to hold him back, this woman is not a noble, she is not courtly, you are always at eachother's throat , and you are throwing your reputation and your family's reputation aeay on a wild elf. All valid points, but he didn't care, he loved all of those things about her that reason dictated he should avoid, and for once, he threw caution and what was proper to the wind. he loved her.

Rin shifted slightly so she was basically sitting on his lap, while her hands found home in his hair and the back of his neck. She only broke off on occasion to murmur things like "I fucking hate you," and "I thought you died," and some more "bastards" against his lips, which were basically her way of showing her affection.
