A new order

Finn was set on bringing forth a new guild of magic users to the chicago area, and he had waited long enough to do it, he sent out invitations to every magic user he could think of, Lucian, Crow, Misty, and Jinx to meet him at his home in the woods; Crow would in turn invite his apprentices Devi and kai, and lucian would invite Celeste, the meeting was to be held at 8 pm at his cabin.

Misty shows up first.

Dev was next to arrive, although looked rather apprehensive about the whole thing.

Kai would follow Crow in here, he was not particularly understanding what use this would pose.

Misty continues waiting.

Finn Is soon at the door opening it for everyone "Hey come on in we'll talk in the living room, i have food and stuff"

Kai walked in, having something to snack on was better than nothing if this became a worthless visit.

Misty nods and gets some food "So , you really sure about all this? I mean is a large undertaking"

"Yes a guild of magic users must be formed to preserve magical knowledge for future generations and to further the advancement of the art, and i've found just the place to do it." Finn said in a determined manner "An abandoned castle deep within the swamp where not even hunters venture, but if we put Our minds to it we can overcome the natural obstacle s with teleportation pads and levitation"

"Does it have a tower?" Lucian asked excited at maybe residing in a tower, to which finn nodded

Misty raises a brow "There are swamps near Chicago?" (There are no swamps near Chicago , it's in Illinois not Louisiana XD)

(Oh for fucks sake Chu, do I need to explain this all to you again?)

Kai raised an eyebrow, he did not think much of this but how would it benefit him.

(XD i'm not being serious)

"Yeas there is, hunters don't go there because of snakes, the fact that if you take a wrong step you sink into the ground and also ghosts" Finn explained to misty "Any more questions?" he was hoping people would have some

Misty nods "Just one , why not build it where the last one was ?"

"I sense dark forces brewing" Crow spoke up "More security is better"

Fin nodded at that sagely "Also this is a huge upgrade in size without drawing attention from anyone like hunters" he added

Kai folded his arms as he listened, he then spoke. "Hmmm, so you propose that we establish a base at some swamp castle... But Crow, can you explain more about these 'dark forces' that you just mentioned?" Kai asked of him, since he didn't know what might be coming up.

"Demonic, and necromantic" Crow said with a shrug

"Well that's rather vague " Misty replies snidely "Alright then if you say so Finn...BTW are u ever gonna the broomstick?"

"I have no intention of doing so" he  replied to Misty

Devi watched them, wishing she had never left her cats this morning.

"Anyway my point is we should form a new magical society, and i'd like crow to lead it, who is in favor of doing this, raise hands please" Finn asked to which both lucian  and crow casually did so. This was incredibly awkward for finn, as no one seemed particularly interested or engaged in this and there was a lot of silence going on here..

Kai shrugged and raised his hand, perhaps this could be a great opportunity to learn something from the others and if they meet any necromantic threads then he might steal their research.
