Her Last Victims

Andrea looked down at the body, before going over to Matt. "Well, that's another one down."

(Awwww fuck it, what the hell)

A twig snapped close by as a black cat walked through some brush close by.

"Nice shooting, she got four people though." Matt said with a frown, he wish they could have found her first, he felt the hunters needed to be more active when it came to hunting these creatures instead of reactive, they almost never caught any before they did some sort of damage to innocent people. He spat on the corpse his anger against at supernaturals was great since the dead war, before that he wondered how an infection could stop someone being a person... now he no longer wondered that "I need a drink once we file a report, let's call in a team to take care of the body."

At the sound of the twig snapping, Andrea spun with her gun out. "Uh, yeah, let's do that..." She murmured to him.

The black cat (Jinx) stepped out into view and meowed at them, seeing as though they were hunters.

Matt also spun around rifle raised, but when he saw it was a cat lowered his rifle and took out his phone to call a team to dispose of the body

Andrea sighed and lowered the gun. She went over slowly to pet it.

Jinx purred and rubbed his head against her hand like a good kitty.

Andrea smiled and continued to pet the wee thing.

"Awww it's adorable" matt said walking over to the kitty after he had made the call, he seemed to have cheered up a bit

Jinx rubbed against her legs, still purring.

A wolf howls in the background to illustrate housecats are not safe in the woods and it is dark

Jinx stopped and glanced towards the forest, ears twitching.

"Do you need a way out of the forest little guy?" Matt asked and picked up jinx , petting him as Matt wasn't a heartless bastard

Jinx purred and licked Matthew's nose.

"Guess i have a cat now" matt said petting jinx

"It's a tame one," Andrea noted, putting her gun away. "I imagine it already has an owner."

"A shitty one if they left it in the woods" Matthew pointed out

Jinx glanced towards Andrea with pleading eyes.

She shrugged. "Perhaps it ran away."

"Well either way fuckem i'm keeping him" Matt said scratching jinks behind  the ear

Jinx purred happily, oh how he wished he could talk, but he couldn't.

"I dunno, man, you could be stealing a cat off of some poor child," She said with a smirk.

"It's too cute to leave here though" Matt held up jinx to show andrea

Andrea pet the cat behind the ears. "I wasn't suggesting that; you could put up posters or something."
