Meeting of the gods

The monastery was shrouded by fog today, not that that was in any way unusual. The old chaos god loved making his temple look foreboding and mysterious. The cultists had finished with the blood sacrifice of a baby each to the old chaos god and his children, the new gods. The cause for the sacrifice was that after a year of searching the new gods had finally been brought together in their father’s monastery, these last one having to have been forcibly pried from hands of a Titan. Adros had been here from the beginning with his sister since their mother was the oracle (who was incidentally the only person in the temple with authority over the godlings, as she spoke with the authority of their father behind her), and adros had to admit despite the blood sacrifices that he found slightly distasteful due partly to the unnecessarily wasted potential he could see in the victims with his gift of prophecy; he found this place quite pleasant, some of the cultists practiced sorcery so he was not alone in his studies even if he had quickly exceeded almost all of them, and they had servants and nearly free run of the place which was also nice. Despite this however, he did already long to explore the wider world.

Kerrigan spent the majority of her time messing with the cultists' minds, either by encouraging them to do unusual things and waking up in strange places with no memory of how they got there, or by appearing in front of them as their deceased love ones she had seen in their heads. Or, if she were in a bad mood, she would climb to the very top of the monastery and summon storms to destroy parts of the town they overlooked. If anything was going on in the castle, no matter how small, she knew about it. Nothing could be kept from her. She often went out in secret in the form of a great eagle or a fox to explore the village and beyond.

Gerus was dragged here from the faraway forests, he had to spend most of his time in a cage or else his wrath would consume those in the monastery. He only agreed to speak with the other gods, but not with as he likes to say 'filthy humans'.

Sebres on the other hand was near Gerus' polar opposite , he found humans fascinating , he was in wonder of their ability to somehow courageously charge through life , without the relative safety net of immortality. And he would be the first to challenge his siblings when they were to hurt them unnecessarily .

"Dad is weird...." Adros commented to his twin sister as he noticed another divine being dragged in in a cage, this one part beast which was rather gross when he considered how this might have come about... no pun intended. He chuckled at his internal pun and crossed his arms inspecting the beast. It was not just from his appearance he deduced this being was truly from a beast, he himself had feathered wings, it was frome its posture and its mannerisms.

"That was not funny," Kerrigan said in her soft spoken tone, referring to his pun as opposed to the actual words he had said. She tended to do this a lot, where she would reply to their thoughts instead of what they say. It was all the same to her. As for the beast, she looked at it with a great deal of curiosity. It's mind felt unlike something she has experienced before, not a man, nor an animal, a mixture of the two. How fascinating. She would enjoy testing him immensely.

Gerus stared at Adros with its glowing green eyes, it was impossible to look at his face expression because well, his face was a deer skull and eyes nothing but glowy orbs in the sockets of the skull. Gerus had smelled Adros's smell and was not hostile towards him nor the other gods, he would lose his marbles when ever a human approached him and act violently shaking the cage in his rage.

Adros walked over to the beast man "So you are our brother?" he asked, Kyle was the last brother he had met and he got on pretty well with him, since Adros also found humans fascinating and did not want them hurt unnecessarily albiet for different reasons. He did think Kyle was a bit of a self righteous jock though, and they didn't have many interests in common. Adros wondered if this one would be different

Gerus spoke still staring at Adros. "Yes... That is what I was told... We smell the same..." Gerus said in a slightly echoing voice, it had only opened its mouth slightly to speak as it had no lips and no need to move his mouth up and down for the act.

Kerrigan peered in at the god through the bars of his cage. A voice was heard in his head, soft, echoing: "Why do you hate humans so? They supply so much fun."

Gerus turned his head to stare at Kerrigan, guessing the voice in his head was hers. "Humans are a plague... A sickness in the world... They push other species away... They destroy homes, capture us and kill..." Gerus says calmly as his answer to that.

"I disagree, you smell like you have not bathed recently." Adros remarked to Gerus "Maybe you and kerrigan smell alike but..." he teased grinning at kerrigan. Then he heard the "Humans are a plague" thing and remarked "Our mother is human..."

Kerrigan pointed at Adros then ran a finger across her throat at his teasing her.

Adros smiled innocently at his closest sibling

Gerus stared at them, he spoke. "Your mother... A human...? Then there is no hope for salvation with you..." Gerus said to them, in his mind his 2 siblings were afflicted with the plague known as humanity and they also had to be wiped out eventually.

Kerrigan, in her annoyance at his thoughts and words, screamed in his mind.

As Kerrigan did so, Gerus got extremely agitated and started rampaging in his cage and roared even louder.

"Kerrigan will you stop aggitating the animals?" A beautiful woman with long red hair, blue eyes, ample assets, and pale soft skin strolled into the room. This woman was the Oracle of the old chaos god, and the mother of Adros, and Kerrigan

Kerrigan glared at the god a moment longer before cutting the sound off and took a small step back from the cage.

In a flash of fire Kyle appears nearby , golden skin illuminating the area as he looks over the caged beast "Yo...I'm Kyle , who be ye ?"

Gerus did not calm down though, since their human mother was here so he had his bottomless jaw open as he kept roaring and shaking the cage violently. He really does lose his marbles when humans are close by...

"Woah that's related to us?....Did...did dad scoodlypoop with a moose?" Kyle recoils a bit.

The Oracle sighed and held out a hand with which she began choking the beast unconscious with telekinesis "I did tell your father beasts would produce subpar offspring" she sighed seemingly bored

"It does seem rather feral, I would guess a wolf from the looks of it... It does not like humans" Ardos said cassually to kyle

"Well I'm sure we'll get along great regardless , I always wanted a dog." He replies half jokingly.

"Can I have it's skull?" Kerrigan asked the Oracle.
