Resummoning This douchebag

Eph literally steps on the lizard's tail to stop him , although lightly "Stop being a baby alright?"

Arath is unable to proceed as Eph steps on his loose tail, Arath yelps a little since that hurt. "Why did you do that for!? And I am not being a baby, I am just doing what you wish. And you hate me, so I am leaving so you won't have to see me ever again..." Arath told him, he folded his arms.

Eph sighs "I was upset and I didn't mean It , I get a bit heated from time to time, I don't hate you"

Arath stares Eph a little while, he then speaks. "I see, does this mean... I can stay? And you don't hate me anymore? So we can continue being partners?" Arath inquired of him.

Eph nods casually as he looks through the book "Yes I suppose so, I'll take all the help I can get"

Arath gave a small nod, he wondered if this was his chance to gain Eph's favor so Arath smriked behind his mask. "Well, I guess we are okay now... Maybe you would like to continue where we left off before I lost my temper?" Arath asks, since Eph was very into it last time.

"We'll see where it goes hon" He replies with a small smirk as he buttons up his coat "For now we need to get moving"

Araths nods. "Very well, lead the way then. I shall follow you and try to assist you as best I can..." Arath tells him ready to follow him.

Eph nods and quickly makes his way out of the library and hops onto his horse.

Arath followed Eph, he was just gonna stick with him for now and see how things go.

They make their way quickly out of the small hamlet, making quick ground through the intertwining run-down dirt roads of the region. Eph sniffles a bit , he's not very used to the chilly winds and freezing drafts of the northern region , nor is his mare suited for the snow and ice. Luckily Eph brought along a fancy black fur lined long coat, but due to a lack of any face protection his ears and nose are freezing "Damn it I hope I don't lose my tan" He murmurs as they trudge down a snow covered road, miles away from any towns.

Arath suddenly appears behind him, he places his hands on his ears and it feels warm. "Don't worry, I am here... My body heat should keep you warm for now, if you need more heat I can deliver." Arath said as he was behind him, trying to keep Eph warm.

But soon a group of people on their horses ride to their side wearing cloaks to hide their faces, one of them snatches stuff from Eph.

"Son of a bitch!" Eph yells , completely ignoring Arath's cute gesture as he wheels around to chase after the douchebags who stole his knapsack "Dammit that bag has all my tomes!"

Arath just follows Eph, trying to keep him warm through this.

The bandits can be heard laughing as they speed off with their horses to some other direction.

Fri Began to rush after them, they weren't going to get away with this while he was on duty and she was gaining on the horses fast, then the timer went off  that signified her break time and she made a sharp turn running just as blindingly fast toward the coffee shop

Eph growls at her as he passes her and sends a flaming fist spell hurtling at his robbers "Get back here you asshats!"

The bandits dodge it and seem to split up a little and run in different directions.

Eph charges directly after the one who stole his knapsack , heading straight into their formation to catch him, a spell ready in hand.

Another bandit rides next to the bandit with the knapsack, the bandit passes the knapsack to the other and then they split up again.

Eph growls , sending the Azure binds of Azarath at the burglar who has his bag , binding the robber up in electric blue chains that shock him on contact.

The bandit falls down from the horse at that, but another bandit rides past grabbing the dropped knapsack quickly.

Eph breathes out heavily , his eyes narrowing as he snaps the reigns of his horse eyes locked on his bag . "Arath I need you to appear before that man in your true form , hopefully the shock will cause his horse to flip out and send him flying" He orders as he keeps even pace with the robber.

Arath answers. "Very well, I shall go immediately." Arath says and with that he swiftly moves and before he knew it he appeared in front of the bandit in his true form with wings made of hellfire. The horse did not react nicely to that, so it made the horse drop the bandit off on the ground and the horse ran away scared.

Ephraim's eyes narrow and he steers his horse to literally trample over the bandit , breaking several of his limbs and a few ribs . It seems he's hardened up considerably since he began his training in the dark arts. With a small 'hmph' he hops off his horse and grabs up his knapsack , turning to the crippled yet still conscious bandit he asks "Who sent you?" bandits don't normally steal bags full of books.

The bandit was too hurt to speak properly, he was struggling to breathe instead.

Arath just stood there in his real form wearing the cloak, he waited for Eph to be done.
