Franky breathes in to calm himself and takes a bite of a mango he's picked from a tree "What ze hell? What's she doing here?" He murmurs quietly, doesn't matter. He turns to Elian and asks "Can you walk?"

(What?)

Elian had half pulled herself up, and was about to ask what had happened, before her eyes caught the woman and her brain forgot how to function.

"I'm going to say hello , you can join me , or simply stand here staring at her" Franky states and with that limps down the beach towards her.

Curaca noticed the others and waved to them "I. am. looking. for. my. master." She paused between eachword and made hand gestures as if she were talking to someone mentally impaired.

"The shaman from earlier who guided us to your magnificent city ? Funny thing about that emm...he did not come with us" He replies with a sympathetic wince.

Elian just stood beside Franky, staring stupidly at the pretty girl.

Franky flicks her "Your manners mon cher , do not forget them , speaking of allow me to introduce myself , Capitan-er, former capitan of Ze Water Lilly , at your service madame" He says with a graceful bow.

Elian jumped when he flicked her, and took a moment to introduce herself to the girl as she had forgotten her name. "And I'm Elian." She said quietly, once the words had come back to her.

Franky nods in approval , as her teacher in the matters of swordsmanship he found it part of his duty to instruct the rather rough-and-tumble sailor girl in matters of etiquette as well.

"Curaca" she said accepting their hands cautiously, she gave off subtle hints of rook like disgust. "I suspect he hid aboard your boat when you left" she explained

"Well as you can see madame...we crashed " Franky replies with an al to casual smile for the subject matter.

"I see that, not much of a captain you had it seems" She observed

"Ow" He replies with an amused smile , subtly informing her that he was in fact said captain "I'm a military officer by trade , I can order a ship through a battle madame , yet not a storm , a rather humiliating experience I would say, an unfortunate case of deja vus. "

"Humiliating indeed" was her reply "Regardless it'd take more than someone's shody steering to kill him, he is about somewhere" Curaca said

"You would be right young one " The shaman replies with a wheezy chuckle appearing behind her out of nowhere"Hmmn , it's been a while since I've been to these parts" He mutters wistfully.

 Franky hops up a bit in surprise " Old man? You live ? Mon dieu what a relief!" He exclaims.

Elian literally did not notice the shaman, as she was too busy staring at the girl.

Curaca's attitude changed when addressing her master who she genuinely respected, she bowed and said "It is good to see you again old man"

"My favorite student , it is a boon to have you here" He replies warmly "Where is your dragon? I wish to speak to him after this"

She looked geniunely sad at that "he... he crashed as soon as we got here, seemed instantly ill"

"How? Kukulkan was a hardy dragon spritely , young , I must check on him myself, see if he can be revived or healed" He replies "Follow me" He insists as he begins hobbling off over to the dragon

Curaca helped him walk over to to the crashed dragon whose heart was barely beating

"Oh no,no,no,no" He whispers sadly as he kneels down near the dragon and puts a hand to his feathered face hand drifting over to a red bubbling welt that protrudes from the soft blue feathers "A fly of some kind , must have bitten him , if we cannot find the right ingredients , he will die , it will be peaceful ,and painless, in his sleep , but untimely for a dragon so young"

"What kind of fly bites through dragon scales?" Curaca asked skeptical of this analysis

"A really , really big one" He replies calmly .

"You'd think i'd have seen that but what do we need?" Curaca asked
