Loose Cannon

"I know, I exceed even my own expectations" James replied with a friendly grin

"That wasn't funny either" She replies.

"Well you're just the personification of cheer and good times aren't you?" James asked her

"No , I just don't find you very funny , because you're not funny , it's just everyone around here is dumb so they all think you are." She replies as she keeps walking.

"Rather be having fun with my fellow idiots, than join you two "Geniuses" in your very sophisticated brooding" Came james's reply as he turned around and headed back inside

"Never said I was a genius" She replies with a laugh "But I suppose I can take the compliment"

"It was sarcasm... It was extreme sarcasm... You and your brother are the dumbest hunters I've ever met I could have killed you with a single wave of my wand if you were dangerous enough to force me too. You are not dean winchester, you will never be dean winchester, and I suggest you stay home" He replied, he was upset, she had definitely touched a nerve

"....I don't even like that show" Is her upset response as she storms off in a huff.

"You're not even sam" James callled after her before going inside

"And you're the most under-achieving member of your fucked up family! And no matter how hard you try and hide it everyone knows the reason why you always mess with your sister! Cuz you're afraid she's better than you!"

"Is that all you got? My dad did worse before breakfast" James called back

"And you should be, you two have been 'competing' since you were little and you've never once beaten her at anything without either cheating or relying on your bimbo airhead of a friend who's somehow still more genuinely talented than you are at anything!" She replies as she storms back up to him , stormy eyes glaring him down.

"Oh I'm not good at anything, You and your brother have been training for how long to be hunters? and you can't even take out me and piri of all people!" James shouted back stepping up to her as well

"See you're so bad at this shit you can't even remember your best friend's name?!"

"WHY DID YOU PHRASE THAT AS A QUESTION?!"

"I DON'T KNOW I'M ANGRY ! BUT YOU KNOW WHAT'S AN EVEN BETTER QUESTION?!"

"HOW YOU KNOW SO MUCH ABOUT ME!?"

"No...how do you feel knowing that you'll spend the rest of your life with no one willing to have sex with you but your hand?"

James gets quiet at that, he turned around and went back into the house slamming the door behind him

K.O....Perfect.

James was going to bed, fuck ithe'd feel bad about saying what he said later

Astrid on the other hand doesn't feel bad at all ...yet.

The next morning before school James would wait be her locker wanting to apologize

As she arrives she rolls her eyes "The fuck do you want?" She asks ,not even bothering to be polite.

"I wanted to apologize for what I said last night" James said in one of those rare moments of sincerity "I lost my temper and that was not cool"
