a hollow with a broken sword runs from a nearby building charging her, swinging a broken sword

The hollow gives a final gasps before falling limp on the ground, and she absorbs its souls

Phineas walks down the now vacant street with the corpses of hollows laying about back tracking tio look for vic

Vic stops. "Finn?!" she calls out loudly.

Finn sees her he quickly waves and runs over offering her, her souls "Hey we made it to the bonfire , have you seen Gerald?"

Vic shook her head at the souls. "No thanks, keep 'em! I killed a hollow earlier! And no, I haven't seen Gerald, why, did he die back there?" she asked him.

(You ever gonna move on in Arena world and Forgotten Souls?)

(yeah i'll do that now)

"You sure about that?" Finn asks "Theyre yours, you left them when you died" then he says on Gerald "he fell off the bridge"

Vic chuckled. "No, you keep 'em." she said before sighing. "Then he's probably somewhere around here....unless he was accidentally saved by a dragon." she added in, knowing there was little to no chance of that being possible.

"Or he landed in some water or some." Finn suggests heading back towards the tower with her

Meanwhile several miles below gerald is running out of the water into a forrest with a giant hydra on his heals "**** **** ****!" He exclaims dodging past several Crystal golems in his way

(Is this where Logan comes into play? Just curious! )

Vic smiled. "Did-did I do good back there?" she asked him, a little worry in her tone.

Merielle heard his curses. "Trouble?!" she asked him, hopefully loud enough for him to hear.

Yes!"" He shouts back 

"You did great vic" fin says to her with a smile

Vic smiled. "I guess so, but I did make a mistake slashing at its arm." she said in response.

Merielle rolled her eyes. "I can't teleport that big of a distance, so I don't know how I can help you!" she shouted back to him.

"Go down through the tower i pointed out earlier and unlock it for me" Gerald shouts

Finn smiles back at her "don't worry about it everyone slips up"

Vic sighed. "I was thinking about trying out that spell once we get back.....but I might need a lot of explaining." she said to him, blushing with embarrassment.

Merielle sighed and rolled her eyes before she went into the tower. She slowly came down and unlocked the door for him.

However as she enters the tower basement there is a figure down their which appears to be wearing armor consisting of a suit carved from solid rock half a foot thick, in one hand was a massive sheild taller and wider thab he is also made of solid stone, in the other is a massive dragons tooth bigger than merielle it stands between her and the door

"What else os a teacher good for?" Finn asks

Merielle looked at the figure, narrowing her eyes slightly. "Mind moving out of my way so I can help a friend?" she asked them, her tone slightly annoyed.

Vic chuckled. "Annoying kids?" she asked before smiling. "I'm kidding!" she told him, grinning widely.

The figure doesn't respond but with one hand swings the massive dragon tooth at her as easily as she could swing a dagger

Finn chuckles as the tower comes into sight in the distance" good thing demons dont respawn"

Merielle's eyes widened at this before she dodged it to the right. "Why are you fighting me?!" she shouted at them. She then used the spell for the greater soul arrow before firing it in the figure's direction.

(The figure's Logan, isn't it? XD)

Vic nodded in agreement.

(no he's an old hollowed dragon slayer from the war against the everlasting dragons, once the sworn enemy of seath the scaleless he was betrayed by a friend and locked in a tower to hollow. He is bishop havel the rock)

The figure lifts its shield easily blocking the soul arrow and rushes her again attempting to bring the dragon tooth down on her head

(So is he a hollow?)

Merielle dodged the figure's attack barely in the nick of time. "What's your problem?! I'm just trying to unlock this door!" she shouted at the figure, eyes narrowed.

(Oh yes very hollow)

Gerald begins beating on the door

Havel again does not respond, clearly he is hollow yet retains the skill he had in life

Merielle sighed. I'll have to use teleportation and then soul arrows to defeat whoever this is, or else they'll keep using their shield to block my attacks! she thought to herself before hearing Gerald beating on the door. "Gerald! I can't help you at the moment! I got a somewhat strong hollow in here! Call Finn if you can! I might need help with this sucker!" she shouted to him while standing close to the door. She then readied herself for the assumed hollow's next attack.

Again this hollow swings its weapon at her
