Ok alright , you can do this

Candy paces around a tree as he waits for Darion to finally exit the school building , school has been out for like twenty minutes now be he's here for a purpose! It's been a couple of days since he came out and he's decided he's gonna take initiative now that everyone knows. So as soon as that hunky werewolf guy exits the building he's gonna walk right over there , drag his eyes away from his arms to his eyes, and ask him out straight up like a man!

Darion then walked out, his backpack on his back and the usual look about him. He was not expecting anything for this day...

Candy breathes in slowly , trying to calm his shaking hands and chattering teeth. However he manages to put on a charming smile and with a friendly wave begins walking over to Darion with purpose.

Darion notices Candy waving at him, he waves back and stops for now. Maybe Candy had something to tell him, or needed something.

"Yo , what's up man? " He asks warmly as he approaches him , somehow managing not to break out in jitters as he does so . With a sharp little inhale , and his skin covered in goosebumps and his hair on edge he asks "Umm I was wondering if you wanted to go out somewhere? I think it'd be cool if we got to know each other better."

Darion listened to Candy, they weren't really friends as they only knew each other because of James. Perhaps Candy wanted to become friends, Darion gave a nod and spoke. "Sounds good to me, what did you have in mind? I would recommend the 'Fry and Pie' place, delicious fried meat and pie of your choice for deserts." Darion asked but also giving his recommendation, as he was hungry after school.

"What do you work there you sound like an advertisement" Candy replies jokingly , though his hand shakes a bit from the nerves of it all. "I was thinking something like Eggspectations? Or maybe Cheesecake factory?" He replies , naming off to more high-end restuarants , places you'd take someone on a date, he hopes that'll tip Darion off to what he means.

Darion blinks a few times, he speaks. "Those are kinda fancy... And expensive... You sure about those? I didn't know you were so wealthy." Darion says, he was oblivious to Candy's ideals and tipping off as he did not expect it to be a date despite the locations.

"Well I wouldn't say wealthy , I mean the folks are well off , but you know , it pays to be a little generous when it comes to this stuff right?" He replies with a shrug , his expression remaining calm and confident {Alright me ! Pick your balls up , strap 'em back on , and tell him straight up!} "I mean you know , dates are pretty important stuff after all" He clarifies .

Darion catches on the word 'date', he is a bit confused and speaks. "Oh I see... But a date? You mean like when two people who like each other go hang together somewhere...?" Darion asked with a weirded out look in his face.

{You know what on second thought this guy might be an idiot...but on the other other hand , abs} Candy thinks to himself as he just stares for a few seconds in confusion "No , I mean like a romantical kind of thing and such...basically I think you're cute" He replies , his face an amused mask "Although I probably should've asked if you like guys first"

Darion gave Candy a nod and spoke. "I understand... I must apologize, but I don't think I am into guys... I guess you are disappointed now, but I am wondering why you would even want to date me... You didn't notice me before I started hanging around James..." Dation said scratching the back of his head, he was feeling sorry for Candy though.

{*internal sobbing*}

"Yeah , well it's hard not to notice you when you and my best bro are hanging out " He replies with a laugh , even though his insides are shattering right now " But oh well, suppose it's back out to the sea , for they say there are many fish out there" He replies charmingly , not breaking a step.

Darion gives a nod and looks sympathetic. "Yeah well, I really am sorry Candy... But maybe someday you will find yourself a better man. You just have to keep at it, I wish you the best. I hope we can still be friends though..." Darion said, but guess Candy would need some time now.

"Oh yeah sure man we can still be friends of course" He replies , sincerely , although his heart has shattered under the weight of a million suns ,and now just sits in his chest cavity as a pile of collapsed mush.

Darion gives Candy a smile and speaks. "Yeah, but I gotta go now... I am kinda hungry so I should head home, I will see you tomorrow." Darion said as he started walking away, going home for today hoping that Candy will be okay.

(A while later )

Candy lies face down on his mattress , the area under his face damp with tears as he tries to hold back the sobs , feeling like a pathetic lump of useless flesh .

Darion was home, wondering how Candy was holding up while eating steak.

Candy's head slowly lifts up to a single object sitting in the corner of his room , an orange and black electric guitar , wiping the tears out of his eyes he grabs it and it's amplifier up and heads down to what he calls his 'studio ' which is really just the basement with a booth and some DJ equipment. With a slight grimace he hooks everything up , breaths in , breaths out ,and begins to play.

Darion was enjoying his hefty steak, guess he had better stuff to worry about than Candy right now... He was not yet used to this whole idea of being a werewolf and the full moon frightened him.

Candy plays hard , and fast , and energetic , trying to counter his depressed mood as tears still stream from his closed eyes. His breathing soft and ragged as he continues , fingers shaking a bit as he just lets it all kind of flow out , teeth gritted through out it all . He-he did everything right , gathered up his courage , charged over , he was charming , and confident, or at least made himself seem so , an-and he flopped entirely. All because he had forgot to ask whether or not the guy was even into dudes, idiot.

Darion had finished his meal and he sat down on his desk to do the homework now.

Idiot ,idiot ,idiot!, Candy grits his teeth as he continues shredding the guitar , the soundproof walls of the studio allowing him to be loud as he wishes with his playing as he lets out all of the anger, sadness,and nerves as best he can , the tears intensifying as he continues playing .

Darion calmly did his homework, even if he was a werewolf now he should not forget to focus on normal life.

Suddenly he throws down the guitar , the tears streaming more and more as he punches the glass of the booth , which shakes but doesn't break , frustration washing over him , the pent of nerves doing nothing but adding to it as he kicks away his stool. Breathing quick and ragged as he slumps against the wall , and tries his hardest not to sob.It didn't even take a whole five minutes for him to get struck down , he had bought reservations! Like a dumbass!
