"Indeed, my apologies" He said to the king

"Now , you asked us the purpose of our voyage your highness? Allow me to explain , our crew was sent by El Rey de Estalia to search for a route from the west to the east , instead we discovered an entirely new world , yet unfortunately before we could return home with records of our accounts and gifts from foreign rulers , our ship was taken by storm ." He explains quickly , head still bowed ever so slightly to the young monarch. Sakoura nods slowly as he takes this all in "...I suppose it is the least I can do , to give your group some supplies and a fine ship to sail in then , no ?"

"That would be most gracious, if there is anyone you would like me to rain destruuction upon before we left, that is a service I would gladly offer in return" Rook said with a bow

"...There is one thing , my people are masters of the bow , and the horse , and the rivers, not of magic , and while lately many shamans and wisemen have begun to flock once more to our schools and places of worship , I know not if their studies could apply to the perils I would ask you to brave." He begins ,with a slightly guilty look in his brown eyes , one can only imagine the shame a monarch must feel to admit such a thing. "Far to the north , at the very fringes of my realm , lies a valley...a valley of kings , lost in the desert sands years ago , and beneath the sands in those tombs lie many great treasures , much to valuable to let sit beneath the sands , yet , to travel the Golden Sea would be quite the peril , and perhaps travelling those hallowed grounds would be even more so , for I have been told that the spirits of my people are oft more....active than those of others , and they may not take trespassing by those not of the Blood of the Falcon very lightly , yet I am the only remaining member of my blood line , and I cannot abandon the throne in such turbulent times ."

"And you wish for us to retreive these?" Rook asked to clarify

"Yes."

Rin hoped they would hurry up so she could return to all the fun.

"We would be honored, we will need a guide however"

"Of course , I've the perfect pair in mind , in the mean time , you may explore the city as you wish , or simply acquaint youself with your guest lodgings ."

"Words cannot express how much your hospitality is apreciated especially after the circumstances of our meeting" Rookwood said and bowed before going to do the latter

"It is no matter , it wouldn't be good manners if I were to behave otherwise." He remarks calmly but nods , and the guards push open the doors for them to make their exit .

He did so

A troop of servants quickly gather around the five and lead them out to a large apartment near the palace.

Only when they were alone there did Rook resummon Rin

She returned with her arms folded and a sour look on her face.

"What?" Rook asked and said "Don't look at me like that you were acting like a child in front of the king"

"I'm not the one who wanted to kidnap him!" She replied. "I am not something you can just send off whenever you want and summon again when it suits you."

"You're right, If you want to stick around at all you'll behave yourself in front of important political figures, so we don't all you know... get executed, otherwise you put all of us in danger; so do you want to stay or do you want to go?" Rook asked her simply forcing himself to appear emotionally detatched

"Oh, don't be a twat, Rook, you already know what my answer will be," She said, jabbing a finger in his face. "But if you're going to be with me, then you will be with me for everything. Don't send me off like that again."

"Alright, alright I won't" Rook conceeded after that "But you need to chill in front of kings and stuff"

She folded her arms. "I was going to play with the lion anyway, I wasn't anywhere near your precious king."

"A faux pas, to say the least" Rook pointed out

"And did I go near him? No"

"...You guys are very loud." Hamid murmurs with annoyance , though he's honestly more occupied examining their new digs "I had heard legends yet...I did not believe this place really existed." He murmurs as he looks around the building, a large three storied box shaped structure that is rustic yet also rather homely. The walls roof , and flooring seem to be made of packed and baked adobe, the stone almost a bleached white from exposure to the hot grassland sun. The supports seemed to be dried yet sturdy thick logs . As for the decor it is simple , yet very clearly coordinated to display the culture of the people , the mats being woven of cotton and wool with bright colors often incorporating reds,yellows,and greens, the chairs and stands often made out of well-woven wicker. Most impressive though are the array of objects hanging from the walls , the star of the show being a pair of elephant tusks hanging over the door to the main lounging room.

"I knew of them" Rook said crossing his arms "I think..."
