It's A Date Then

Celeste nodded sadly as she threw some bread out towards the ducks.

"I'm an orphan too" Lucian said said to her as he layed back a bit "I'm sure i'd find what you do very interesting" he said

Celeste smiled. "I basically just do what nerds do best." she said, listening to the ducks quack.

Cookie hissed at a swan.

"which is?" Lucian asked, he did not know any of that

Celeste lifted a brow towards him. "Read books and stuff." she answered him.

Cookie looked towards Lucian and meowed.

Lucian picked up the cat "Neat I do that too" he said

Celeste opened up the picnic basket. "So tell me more about yourself." she said.

Cookie purred happily.

"Well I was born in virginia and didn't leave the woods til I was sixteen" He said

Celeste frowned deeply. "Maybe we should start eating." she said, forcing a smile.

Cookie meowed in agreement.

"Yeah sounds good to me" Lucian said in his cheerful way

Celeste took out some fried chicken and laid it onto two plates.

Cookie watched, hungrily.

Lucian helped her set up the food and offered just a tiny bit to cookie

Cookie slowly ate it out of his hand.

Celeste smiled as she slowly took a bite out of her piece of chicken.

Lucian chuckled at the adorable cat and tried the chicken

Celeste watched him eat happily. She glanced towards the ducks as they swam off and smiled. The wind picked up a little, making her hair blow in the wind.

Cookie ate the chicken piece and then meowed for some more.

"This is really good" Lucian said he was in agreement with cookie on the food being good

Cookie kept meowing for more chicken.

Celeste glanced towards Lucian and fully kissed him on the lips.

Lucian's face turned bright red but after a stunned moment he returned the kiss

Celeste pulled away with a bright red face.

Cookie meowed at them.

Lucian's face made her look pale and not embarrassed in the slightest

Celeste chuckled and began eating again. "You look like a tomato." she told him.

Cookie rubbed against him still meowing.

Lucian was too embarrassed to notice the cat and blushed a bit more somehow I uh.... that was nice" he didn't have a clue what to say

Celeste nodded in agreement.

Cookie meowed louder.

lucian finally noticed cookie and pet her "So were you born a mage?" he asked

Celeste shook her head. "I was born human but my mother turned me into a mage. She taught me spells and some potions before-" she cut off looking away sadly. "Before my parents died in a car crash." she finished.

Cookie purred happily.
