Just A Normal Patrol

Zegrath had gone for a walk away from Misty for a little bit, so he decided the woods would be a better place than the city. He walked along the ground in his wolf form, sniffing at the ground every now and then, not realizing he was heading right towards something that could be trouble. He was walking along the path that Matthew was ordered to patrol.

Mat was on patrol, just walking through the woods and looking around... it was kinda boring

Footsteps was heard from his right it sounded like animal footsteps before he spotted glowing white eyes out in front of him and a black dog-looking creature. Zegrath glanced towards Matthew with his piercing white eyes.

Matt saw the creature, it didn't look like a normal dog; he raised his rifle in case it was hostile

Zegrath glanced towards Matthew and raised his head. The lighting made it clear that Matthew was seeing a Grim Stray. Zegrath flicked his tail and sniffed the air. He didn't seem hostile at all, but just curious and a bit fearful. He let out a little whimper upon seeing the gun.

Matthew fired a warning shot into the air to warn the creature off, he didn't trust it.

Zegrath ran farther away and then stopped, he whined and whimpered. He meant no harm. He tucked his tail in and lowered his ears.

Matthew lowered his gun a bit.

Zegrath took one step closer and then showed his belly to Matthew.

Matt was not going to pet or play with a grim stray, it was lucky he wasn't killing it

Zegrath stood up and walked up ahead, leading him to a dead human, but Zegrath hadn't killed it, it showed signs of a vampire, it had a bite to the neck and was drained of blood. Zegath whimpered.

Matt kept his gun on the stray as he inspected the body

Zegrath didn't attack.

Matt soon stood back up "Get going" He ordered

Zegrath whimpered and approached him slowly.

Matt fired a warning shot that just missed zeg

Zegrath yelped and backed away, he let out a little growl as if to say "stop".

"I'f you don't leave the next shot goes through your head" Matthew warned, deadly serious

Zegrath left partially, secretly he kept watching Matthew, wondering what he would do next.

Matt would call in the body to the hunters who were soon to be on their way

Zegrath would come out and come over to the body, he was starving right now.

(mat'll shoot him if he doesn't go)

(Can you just have him accidentally miss and then Zeg runs off and hides but still watches?)
