The Sword of Sin

Koyu was asleep on the couch, completely deaf to Cthulhu's words.

Lu slowly hobbles his way over and plops onto the couch , the power he took in from the sword taking a toll on him.

Koyu was still sleeping, unaware of Cthulhu's presence. Meanwhile the sword itself knew that Kai was not dead and so it was restless and angry.

As a result Lu doesn't get much sleep , quickly getting up from the couch eyes still glowing green "Alright then let's find him" He murmurs as he summons the sword and teleports to Kai's castle in Hell.

The castle is dark, void of any light. It is impossible to see where one is going or if there are enemies or traps ahead. Kai himself has holed himself up in a small room lying in the corner there as his wounds mend themselves, he is unable to sleep due to the process as it was still painful so heavy breathing could only be heard when one gets close.

Lu uses the glow of his blade to guide him "Kai , I want to kill you, but I don't have to , if you sign a contract with me that binds you to never attack with me or any of my friends ever again" He states flatly.

Kai hears Cthulhu's voice echoing through the halls, damn that guy was not giving up and he was not ready for a rematch. Kai tries to make a run for it before he finds him, so he drags himself out from the room and tries to change his position but he leaves a blood trail on the floor.

Lu simply senses him out and teleports on top of him , his foot on the demon's back "Kai , consider my offer , all I ask is for peace in the future , but if you say no, my blade and your skull will meet"

Kai gasps as Cthulhu places his foot on top of his back, apparently there was no escape and his choices were limited. "Consider!? You have given me limited options, if I wasn't in such a horrible state after your beating I would tell you to go fuck yourself... But, I have no interest in dying in my own realm by your hand so I guess I will have to say 'yes' to your offer..." Kai said as he spit some blood from his mouth, his body still mending itself.

"Good" He replies as he materializes a contract and hands Kai a pen , the contract would bind Kai to never attack Lu, Matt or anyone else in Chicago in the future.

Kai took the pen, he waited for Cthulhu to lower the contract on the ground so he can actually reach it. He would then slowly write his name on it, but sadly the text in it would mean that he has to change his plans drastically.

"Alright then , have a nice day" He says with a grin as he teleports back to Earth.

Kai was enraged by these turn of events, but he passed out for now on the floor as his wounds healed.

The sword was still restless as Kai was not dead still.

Koyu was still asleep and seeing dreams.

Lu reassures the sword that as soon as Kai steps out of line they'll kill him and everyone in his castle, right before lying down next to Koyu.

The sword was still restless, it was not one to wait for destruction.

Kai was almost healed up, at least he was in condition to get up and move himself on a bed and not bleed everywhere.

Koyu snuggles closer to Cthulhu as he senses his presence.

Lu wraps an arm around Koy and begins to drift off to sleep.

Koyu was there, his cold body warmed by Cthulhu's own.

The sword was demanding of destruction from Cthulhu, wanting him to destroy this place and Chicago. The sword was so invigorated by his feel of destruction earlier so it was now trying to enslave Cthulhu again.

Lu , whilst still lying down , once again bends the blade to his will {Settle down unless you want to be destroyed , because I will do it , you are a nice tool but I don't need you}

The sword calms down and becomes quiet again, it did not want the destruction of itself.

Koyu oblivious to everything around him just snores away.

Lu just nods and drifts off to a peaceful sleep.
