Moving Plots Along

I won't be on today, after the Homestead update on ESO it broke my game and even when repairing to get the broken files fixed it gives me an error of not having permission to download those files. The game won't run without the missing files and the only way to fix this error is by deleting the entire game and downloading it back in, that will take my PC 26 hours so I am giving it all the net it can get.
