Meanwhile at the Iron Tower

A black helicopter descends from the rainy night sky onto the helipad of the skyscraper and as the door opens out steps Cthulhu . Dressed in a snappy white suit with a red tie and some snake leather shoes as he strolls across the helipad followed by Koyu,who he's forced into a very handsome suit as well.

Koyu was feeling uncomfortable at best in this outfit, he did not like it but for this occasion it seemed like a must. "Explain to me again what this whole thing is about..." Koyu said to Cthulhu being all moody.

"Board meeting , I didn't want to go alone so I brought you" He explains smirking "Now stop squirming in the suit you'll look unbecoming of me" He says punching him in the shoulder lighlty.

Koyu let's out a slight sigh at this, guess he just had to manage with this.

Lu smiles and wraps a loose arm around his waist before leading him to the helipad reception area.

Koyu just followed along, it was the least he could do for Cthulhu.

Quickly Lu leads the way to an elevator, and clicks for the 24th floor, the one directly under them , the board room it seems.

Koyu was sure he was going to be bored to death here, if only he wasn't dead already. He will have to control himself though, Cthulhu probably wouldn't like it if he acted up.

"You're the best Koyu, you know that?" Lu says out of nowhere.

Koyu raises an eyebrow at that statement, he then speaks indifferently. "What do you mean by that exactly...?" He asked for clarification.

"It means I think you're the best ,what never been complimented before?" He replies looking a bit off put by the question.

Koyu speaks indifferently. "Well... Thanks I suppose... I was just wondering what makes you say that, I mean, I know that we are a... Couple and stuff... But please, don't make me agitated." Koyu said to Cthulhu as he waited for this all to end.

Lu rolls his eyes beneath his aviator shades and leads him into the boardroom, where they silently take their seats at the table.

Koyu was a bit nervous but he figured that he probably just had to sit here and wait for them to be done.

Quickly the board go through some basic business news, stock sales, mergers,acquisitions, tax returns until Alfredo stands up and dismisses everyone not directly related with the family.However Lu motions for you to stay.

Koyu sure found this all boring, nothing of this had to do with anything with him. Koyu just stayed still there pretending to listen, once the meeting was over and everyone else left Koyu was ready to go too but Cthulhu motioned for him to stay so he did.

Alfredo stands ,hands down on the table, red glowing eyes glaring over everyone "Now, for the serious business, another war is brewing it seems, first the vampires and now a new gang of soul thiefs invading the Bungalow Belt, Greek town, and Lincoln Park, that's too much lost territory , they're threatening our protection of the city, we need to take them down"

Koyu listened to what was going on, the problem had nothing to do with him since he was a vampire. So he stayed there just as bored as before.

Koyu's enhanced vampire senses hear missiles being fired a few blocks away.

Koyu wasn't sure what was going on, should he be worried? "Wait, I hear something... Like missiles being shot just now..." Koyu said as he was alerted to the sound.

Lu raises a brow "From where!?" He asks quickly looking around eyes wide ,just as the missiles crash through the nearby windows and hurtle into the board room in a massive explosion throwing everyone back.

The fiery explosion of the missiles leaves Koyu injured, since vampires and fire don't mix so he was grunting in pain.

Everyone else is injured as well , the boardroom is a mess of torn up walls ,fallen roofs and strewn bodies. Even Lu, a demon is still injured if only by the intense concussive blast, slowly he begins crawling his way over to Koy on one arm , the other dangling dislocated by the shoulder "Dammit, Koy,why'd you have to fall all the way over there?" He grunts out before falling unconcious.
