The Judgement Angel

From the brilliant night sky, a bright light could be seen coming from it for a short moment as an angel came to earth from Heaven. A powerful female angel with long golden hair and golden eyes wearing a white armor with golden decorations around it, she had come to fulfill a task. Her task was to execute an Earthborn angel named Matthew, for committing a crime of stealing an angels light for himself.

Matthew meanwhile was on his way home from a saturday night with his supernatural friends at the inn. He was in a pretty good mood  after a night of fun, and was completely unaware he was being hunted at all, as he walked alone through the darkness having had to leave before his friends. He didn't even really know he had stolen anything.

As he was walking the lone dark streets, a golden spear flew down at him from the sky.

As the glint of the golden spear cut the dark of knight, the gleaming projectile drew matthew's eye. By the time he registered it was headed straight for him, he barely had time to react, but managed to leap aside with a cry of "Shit!" as the weapon embedded itself in the concrete in front of him

The spear then disappeared and the angel who threw it floated gently down from the sky, she stayed somewhat up though and spoke. "So, you are the thief that stole one angel's light for them selves huh? Prepare yourself, as I have been ordered to execute you for your disgusting crime!" She put her hand forward, and another golden spear appeared in her hands.

".......Do what?" Matthew asked looking at the angel with a blank face. Stolen light, had he stolen any light? what defined stealing light?Why was this gorgeous lady throwing spears at him? he was rather confused

The angel looked at Matthew firmly, she spoke more. "Don't play dumb with me, the council in sector 71-B know of your crime and gave me the task to eliminate you. You received the power of an angel by stealing another ones light!" She said to him.

"Council? Sector what....?" This was all new to him so he asked  the sensible question "are you like an angelic green lantern or something? because this sounds a lot like the plot of first flight" he was curious  but ready to fight anyway

The angel looked at him firmly, she then spoke. "There is no need for you to know, but just so you know that the higher power in Heaven has ordered your execution... You should just lay down your life now, no need to make this painful fort you if you comply." She said but was ready to attack if he declined.

"I'm going to go ahead and give you a definite no on that miss" Matthew was in turn ready to defend himself

The female angel sighted, she then spoke quietly. "Very well..." At that she flew at Matthew from the sky to pierce him with her golden spear, she flew very fast.

At the last second matthew teleported behind the angel forming a pistol in his hand he fired repeatedly at her from behind

The angle was surprised at the sudden disappearance of Matthew, but she was still a trained angel from Heaven so she dodged Matthew's bullets with her speed. "Nice try runt! But you can't possibly defeat an Heavenborn angel lime me, now die!" She threw her spear and made many more to throw at the wingless Matthew from the sky.

Another teleport and matthew was on top of her, he was less well trained than her, but no less fast "were you aiming at?" matthew asked as he drove a dagger through her left wing slicing it open

Slicing her left wing made her slightly shriek as it hurt and then fall down since she couldn't fly with it, she stood up from the ground and she spoke angrily at Matthew. "You fiend! Now I have to wait for that to heal after I have finished you to get back to Heaven!" She then made a golden sword appear in her hand and was ready to attack Matthew with it.

Matthew teleported onto  the roof of a nearby building before she hit the ground, he sniped the sword out of her hand out of her hand with a rifle when she formed it and called back down in protest "how am i the fiend? You're trying to murder me!"

The angel was angry at Matthew, how did this Earthborn angel manage to do all this to her!? "Don't pretend, you killed an angel from Heaven stole their light to gain the powers of an angel for yourself! I am here to pass judgement from Heaven onto you!" She said as she tried to form a heavenly scythe on her hands.

"He was dying when i got there" matthew said as he lept off the roof forming an RPG 7 which he had aimed at her

The angel looked at him as he had that weapon on his hands, she then spoke. "That is a lie, the council knows what you did. Now, accept your fate and be destroyed by my scythe!" She then took a leap at him with her speed and swung her scythe towards Matthew's neck.

Matthew jumped backwards away from the scythe forming a can of mace which he sprays at her face and eyes

The female angel drops the scythe and it disappears as she couldn't see anything and it hurt a bit, she fell to her knees as tears came down her eyes due to hurting.

MAtthew had no idea what to do with the angel, he couldn't kill her could he? He took out a phone and called the inn for advice

In the inn Brendon answered the call and spoke. "Hello, this is Nightwood Inn, how can we help you?" The usual way to answer the phone in work.

"Hi uh this is matthew" Matthew said after a second to compose himself, he kept an eye on the angel ""I need some  advice I kinda just disabled a heaven born angel trying to  kill me because something about a council, what should i do, i don't want to kill her"

Brendon listened to what Matthew told him, he used a moment to think and spoke. "Wait, a Heavenborn angel? Trying to kill you? Have you done crimes against Heaven itself!?" Brendon questioned since no other reason for that sort of stuff.
