Emma would let out a growl when he mentions her parents like that, getting quite defensive.

Unfortunately growls don't sound intimidating coming from a human and all that got out of him was a chuckle "Sorry sorry, that was a dick thing to say I admit, I'm sure your parents were just fine." He replied, raising his hands in mock surrender.

Emma thought on punching him, but she decided not to. "Okay..so we are these..Anihaya or whatever. And why do we have to protect nature?"

"I'm gonna be honest I normally stopped listening after that point in the lectures. But the general gist is that if the balance between technology and nature falls all living creatures would be wiped out." He replied calmly.

"damn..Really?" Emma was a bit confused "It just..Sounds so weird"

Delsin felt his lips curve into a knowing smirk and he nodded in agreement, for all her barbarous appearance this lone wolf didn't seem so bad "I know right? Most of us just ignore it but I'm part of a proper tribe so, scouts honor and all" He explained, puffing his chest out with false pride.

Emma would nod "I see..But still fucking weird" she smiled

His posture deflated as he let out a warm laugh "You ain't lying, wait till you meet the elders though." Loosening up a bit he continued to speak "The tribe's nice though, they took me in when I was orphaned, raised me up, taught me the ways. It's like one big family, one big, hairy, growling family of tomahawk wielding werewolves."

"Wwait..you mean you want me in the pack??"Emma said, shocked and even afraid

"Well I'm not sure yet, but If you wanted to join, I wouldn't mind it." He replied casually, leaning back to relax against a rock "I can see how that's a big thing to ask, and we don't know each other to well yet, but we will, and when and if you're ready the tribe would welcome you..In the mean time I'll hunt outside your turf and you hunt outside mine, how's that sound?" He questioned, letting out a small yawn as he did so.

Emma would nod, relieved "In case you dont find anything in yours you are welcome here, as long as you dont bring trouble"

Yet another one of those crooked grins"Can't make any promises hon" He replied and without another word shifted into wolf form and took back off into the night.
