Rat the Psyker

Appearance: Rat is a bald and pale of skin but otherwise unmarked by the soul binding he was put through, he is slender, not unattractive, and of average height, his eyes are blue.
Background: Rat was born in an underhive to parents he doesn’t remember, he grew up on the streets, a pale and gaunt child, but a clever one. He survived skulking about and hiding in the shadows, thus earning the name among the other urchins; he had to steal for food, and was always good at picking the right moment to strike. Everyone slips up eventually though, and one day he was cornered by another young criminal over a bit of stolen food. A knife was drawn, then one thing lead to another and Rat accidentally reduced them to a pile of fleshy slag. It wasn’t long after that until he was found out and taken by the black ships, fortunately he was chosen to be trained, not to feed the astronomicon. Trained is a bit of a strong term given where his powers are at the moment; he was a Wyrdvane in a psyker battle squad, powerful and stable for a wyrdvane, but still more of a warp cannon than anything else. Still he managed to blast apart an Ork Weirdboy who slagged the rest of his battle squad, and that drew the attention of a nearby inquisitor. Despite Rat’s misgivings about his control over his powers the lord inquisitor has assured the team that he is “probably maybe mostly safe”.
