For the Beasts

Gerus had descended down to the human village, there he caused a bit of ruckus and with a group of gathered up people he was trying to force them to become beastmen like werewolves, wereboars, were-eagles, werelizards etc. The other choice was death, so the people were considering just becoming werebeasts under Gerus's rule.

Suddenly he feels a hand upon his shoulder.

Gerus turns around, who dared to disturb his preaching of the Path to Nature and forcing the humans to convert to it, yes, it is a nature orientated cult now. The main purpose of it to cleanse the land and curing humans from their affliction.

A golden flaming spear lies against the side of his throat , it's weilder his eldest brother Kyle "...Watcha doin' little bro?"

Gerus sighs a little and explains. "Humans are sick... They just don't seem to be aware of the fact that they are a plague... I am forcing them to become beastmen... I have no choice... This is the only way to cure them of their humanity... Those that refuse to follow the Path to Nature will be slain to prevent the plague from spreading..." Gerus explained calmly, the group of humans were frightened, men a little beaten, women and children sobbing quietly.

"You call them a plague , yet look around this village brother , there are no great machines clogging up the sky here, no factories polluting the rivers ,and you seem to be under the illusion that humans are somehow not entirely natural themselves when in reality they are simply incredibly intelligent animals , I would suggest you reconsider doing something this drastic , and simply look at the facts first." He replies with a small frown. "You come here , destroy their homes, break the order of their lives , round them up , and seek to break them and train them to follow your orders , now tell me...does this not sound familiar?"

Gerus speaks more. "What do you mean brother...? Yes, humans used to be more natural... But now they are nothing but a burden upon the land... Unless they wish to join again with nature... Nature provides to those that serve it... I do not expect you to understand brother..." Gerus says as summoned his axe, the symbol of his position and power.

Gerus speaks more. "Who said I was turning them into slaves...? No one is a slave under nature... Brother, you are way too delusional that you cannot see... Is the plague that strong within you...?" Gerus questions, he takes a step back from him.

"You force them to convert to your idealogy and serve you , or die ....I see no difference here, yet enough talk....it is obvious you are steadfast in your ideals , noble as it may be I cannot allow this." He declares firmly , golden eyes bearing down on the half beast.

Gerus just gives Kyle a stare, as his skull of a head cannot show expressions. "Then you might as well die, so much for a god like you..." Gerus says as he jumps at Kyle trying to bring his axe down on his head.

"I do not want to kill you brother , simply keep you from making such a greivous error , as you fall unconscious , I hope you remember that." He replies wistfully as he sprouts two massive white wings and dodges the strike.

Gerus then looks up to where Kyle might have flung, he gets ready with his axe...

His brother zips past him in a blur of white feathers , flying circle's around him at a speed Gerus can not hope to match in the air.

Gerus can't even fly, so every time Kyle flies close by he tries to swing his axe at the guy and with every swing a blade of wind is send out to cut whoever stands in its way.

Seb smirks as he evades each strike with the practiced grace of an eagle "Surrender now and cease your attempt to kill me dude , and I totally won't kick your ass."

Gerus swings his axe more, he speaks. "If my brother wishes to protect the infection, then he should be ready to fight me until I can fight no more... A duel..." Gerus simply answered, he uses his nature powers and grows vines from the ground to try and capture Kyle.

"And if mine keeps being a racist dick I may have to crack that deer skull of his !" He exclaims as he cuts through the vines with his burning spear as he swoops down on Gerus and slams his feet into the beastman's chest at top speed. Super strength smashing the other through the ground and creating a great ragged trench in the earth as the humans begin to flee.

Gerus gets back up and roars, he swings his axe violently at him sending more wind blades to cut him. He was not gonna give up, he was strong too after all...

Kyle growls as he rips a tree stump from the ground with his foot and kicks it up to block the blades then leaps upon Gerus , grabbing him by the horns and slamming his head into the ground over and over , and then with great effort attempting to fling him away.

Gerus could be heard growling ferociously as he got his head slammed down and down again until he got thrown away much like a newspaper.

"Once again , I ask that you stop bro."

Gerus spoke. "Very well then, we shall have a duel in the monastery... If you win, I will leave these humans alone... But if I win they will all be forced to become beasts or choose death..." Gerus says as he put his axe down.

"I accept."

Gerus then packed his axe and started walking back to the monastery, they will have their duel this evening.
