Lori didn't notice. She wasn't the most sensitive sort. "How far is he?" She asked when she reached the street.

"That building, let me go" Ez replied

Inside was Elliot callahan in his well organized and fairly sanitarty office, lighting himself a cigarrette and looking like a Noir detective "And what can I do for you two today?" he asked cassually

"My sister is kidnapped," She said, getting straight to the point.

"Any details?" Callahan asked, wanting to know exactly what they were doing

"Nope, you'll have to talk to the folks," She said.

"Ok what do you need me to do and how much will you pay me to do it?" He Asked laying out what he'd need in simplest terms

"Visit my parents like now, and I don't know, they're well off and desperate so whatever," She said impatiently. "Now come on!"

Callahan nodded, he tilted his fedora and headed outside saying "We can take my car"

"Awesome," She said, hurrying out after him.

Calahan got in the driver's seat and Ez in the back

Lori scrambled into the passenger seat and shouted directions at him.

"Alright here's the deal dollface, I need you to quit shouting" He said bluntly "Just talk normal"

"There is no time for that," She replied hurriedly. "Left!"

He turned left at the next opportunity

When they arrived at her parent's pretty nice house, she flew out of the car and ran inside.

Callahan gave Ez an exasperated look before the headed after her
