Welcome to the neighborhood

Well people weren't too friendly to eachother in these parts, lots of shifty glances and attempted muggings, well Ezrune had decided he was going to change that and try to build a sense of community like the one he had, had back out west  before the storms came and ruined that... to that end, he was going to welcome one of his new neighbors to the area. Which is why the four eyed, shark mouthed, red skinned, mutant with spikes on his body and a claw hand was currently knocking on blaise's door holding a plate of bannana bread.

Blaise had just moved to this place, it was cheap and close enough to his job. He had finished putting his stuff in order and was going to celebrate it with some drugs but before he could do it he heard a knock from his door, why would someone knock on his door? Hopefully it was not the cops, either way Blaise went to open the door and as he saw what was there he shouted looking shocked. "MOTHER OF EVERYTHING THAT IS WALKING ON TWO LEGS!!! WHAT THE FUCK!?" Blaise said and then stood there frozen in shock of the appearance of Ezrune.

You'd be surprised at how much Ezrune got that so instead of retalliating or getting upset Ezrune said "High there I'm your neighbor ezrune, and I wanted to welcome you to the area with some bannana bread"

Blaise started to ease up, since the thing spoke. He regained his composure and took a look at the banana bread Ezrune was holding as a welcome gift, he spoke. "Oh uhhh... Thanks I guess... I didn't expect my neighbors to be so kind..." Blaise said, since this was not the best neighborhood but this thing sure had a crude appearance.

"Well I'm trying to change the attitude around here a little..." He said with a smile litterally ear to ear that fully showed his sharklike teeth

Blaise found that smile so intimidating, with all the shark teeth in it and big mouth. Either way, he was not gonna be a jerk to Ezrune since he was so polite despite the way he looked. "Good luck with that then, wanna come in for a coffee or something?" Blaise asked, trying to be friendly to the weirdo mutant.

"I certainly would" Ezrune said accepting his invitation inside

Blaise accepted the banana bread, he let Ezrune enter his apartment and take a seat at the couch though Blaise's drugs were on the wooden living room table. Blaise went to his small kitchen to brew some coffee for them, maybe with chit chat with coffee will put sense into that guy.

"What are those?" He curiously wondered when he saw the drugs

Blaise looked over, he then walked over, cleaned them off the table and hid them somewhere and comes back. "You saw nothing, those are just for my... Medical needs..." He says not telling the truth, he returns to pour the coffee in mugs.

"Oh ok." Hesaid as it would be rude to ask his condition and accepted a mug though he didn't tend to drink coffee

Blaise takes a gulp of his own coffee and sits down, he then speaks. "So, what's it like here?" He asked trying to start a conversation.

"Oh it's not so bad, but the walls are barely thicker than paper so everyone can hear what you're up to" Ezrune explained

Blaise spoke. "Good thing I am quiet in whatever I do... So what do you do around here?" He asked and took a sip of his coffee.

"Oh I just live next door, I work in a warehouse when i'm not there" He said

Blaise gave a nod and spoke. "I moved here because it is cheap and close to my work, there is that factory close by... I am at the assembly line, combining some crap together..." Blaise said drinking more coffee.

"Sounds like an exciting time" Ezrune said

Blaise smirks and speaks more. "Yeah... But at least it brings the bread on the table, would you not agree?" He says as the mutant was amusing at best, he hasn't got any friends in a long time so maybe this will be a good change.

"Got to get money somehow" The mutant said with a nod "So what do you do for fun?"

Blaise spoke more. "I usually just chill at home, or go play board games... Or card games like poker with other people in a bar... You?" Blaise told him and asked what Ezrune did.

"I go on a lot of walks, do some cooking, occasionally eat out, sometimes practice magic, I've been working on making a staff actually..." Ezrune said

Blaise does a chuckle and speaks. "What are you? A mage...?" He chuckles more at that since Ezrune did not look like a mage.

Ezrune cassually made a fireball in his hand "Mutant spell caster"

Blaise then spoke more as he stopped having an amused face. "Oh you were not kidding... I can do stuff like that too..." Blaise takes off his leather glove from his left arm and reveals the dark blue scales and black spikes and holds a spazzing electrical charge on his hand, it was blue.

"Neat" Ezrune said to him and ask "So is it magic or some demon power?"
