Resummoning This douchebag

Arath gets his hand moved, he was confused what was wrong with Eph.

Abruptly Eph just quickly and quietly makes his way out of the inn , his expression the same measured calm as it normally is.

Arath floats after him, he did not understand Eph's feelings just yet and found this confusing.

Fri followed him clearly concerned "That wan't like you asking me to kill him" She pointed out

He doesn't answer simply climbing back on her horse , after a few moments of silence he simply says "We're going"

"got it" Fri said hoping onto the ores and wrapping her arms around him for something to hold onto

Arath floats next to the horse, he speaks. "Very well Ephraeim, I am sure you look forward in reading my journal." Arath just says.

Eph doesn't even blink and simply snaps the reigns of his horse, turning his head to look at Arath "Knock the bartender unconscious and hide him somewhere , we don't need him talking when the constables get here"

Arath gives a nod and goes to complete his task, he will follow Eph and Fri shortly.

Fri would confront Eph about this new attitude after their escape

Arath finds the bartender, gives him a scare and hits the guy hard on the head to make him go unconscious. He picks the guy up and hides the bartender in a stack of hays at the closest barn and follows Eph and Fri.

Fri snaps the reigns once more and with a snort his mare goes charging off into the snow , he knows Arath can catch up so he doesn't really worry about all that. Eventually after a couple hours of riding they reach an area suitable to make camp in , a small clearing surrounded by trees .

"So eph you seem a bit broody, you aren't going to go val on us are you?" Fri asked worried as they dismounted

Arath caught up with them no sweat, he wonders why they had stopped.

Eph just snorts at that "Don't be ridiculous , of course not" He replies with a smirk.

"You better not" She said smiling a bit in relief "You had me worried there"

Arath sits down and starts producing intense heat from his body.

Eph raises a brow "Oh really ? You worried?" He replies as he hops off the horse and puts a hand out to help her down for politeness sake.

"A little" She admitted gracefully accepting the help "The food isn't the only reason I stick around"

Eph smiles and replies "You're a very bad liar Fri " He remarks , using a levitation spell to get all his camp supplies off his horse.

Arath was just sitting there producing more heat around him, did they even need a fireplace?

Eph quickly unpacks everything and after setting up his tent simply plops down next to Arath for some warmth.

Arath just gives Eph a look as he plopped next to him, he was making the air warm around him after all.

"I'm not lying this time" She chuckled honestly "In fact let me cook dinner this once"

Eph begins to take off his jacket and gives Arath a simple "Thank you" He then turns back to Fri "I'm not sure , what if I can't even eat demon food?"
