Forward Quarter Circle Punch

Chris sits in the middle of Matt's house gym thing , waiting for Matt to arrive for his lesson.

Matt came home from work and went to his room to change out of his uniform, soon he was at the gym in his workout clothes

"Yo " Chris waves as he sips on a smoothie .

"Nada sup man you're here early" matt observed

"Yup , got of work a bit early today is all " He replies as he hops up .

"Alright are you ready to begin?" matt asked him

"Sure yeah" He replies with a nod as he gets into a fighting stance.

Matt never bothers getting into a stance and just says "Begin"

Near instantly a roundhouse kick is flying for his head , Chris's expression much more serious now.

Matthew caught the kick and jabbed at chris in the dick stopping an inch away from hitting him in the family jewels "Never open on an opponent who is faster than you with a kick, he said throwing chris back onto the mat

Chris nods and settles back into a stance , this has begun to get a bit frustrating , losing over and over , but Chris was very good at keeping his cool , it all centered around breathing. Keeping his energy balanced , never letting himself get angry , because if he does in a fight he'll make dumb decisions . Again he goes on the offensive throwing a few quick tight jabs at Matt's chest and abdomen.

Matt caught a Jab and twisted the arm a bit to see if he could throw chris off balance

Chris almost does but managed to quickly catch himself and turn back into a fighting stance.

Chris catches binder on with a bit of a capoeira flair kicks Matt in the back of the knee before flipping back up to his feet.

Thanks to matt's newest enhancement kicking matt is like kicking a wall of steel matt rolls back with it though so it doesn't hurt chris too much "I got a new enhancement" MAtthew said

"Well that makes everything super unfair" He replies with a small frown.

"Oh I know" Matt said with a smirk "That's they we're working on your technique not fighting"

"Oh really? , Then you're gonna want to see this" He replies with a grin.

"What's that?" Matthew wondered

Chris gets into that stance you've seen in video games a thousand times before , and begins slowing down his breathing.

Matt watched this with a brow raised
