A Dear Old Friend

"No room for the deformed?" Orlock raised an eyebrow at this as though she did not know about his... condition but he subtly stated "I quite like my door man you know." referring to the polite, and rather sharp, but deformed and uneducated vampire Edward.

"Some can be useful," She said. "They will be spared until they outlive this usefulness."

Orlock couldn't help but grin as Edward's role was not so indispensable yet she hinted at him being spared, perhaps she did have a small bit of a soft spot. "Until there are no doors left to open then?" He joked

"Indeed," She said. "But we must plan carefully. Those old buggers are predictable, yet powerful."

"Should we invite them here one or two may come, and they should be no challenge... for Mari" Orlock said to Nenet

Nenet narrowed her eyes. His adding "for Mari" offended her. That thing was not better than Nenet herself. She could easily take on the council members without the help of that creature. "No," She replied. "We will pick them off one at a time. Build up the fear, make them desperate. It will make the hunt that more exciting."

"If you wish, that means going after four elder vampires to conquer the LA undercity

She grinned. "It's going to be terrific fun."

"We may want to hammer out the details then" Orlock suggest they have a more detailed plan

"Of course," She said. "I want you to find out all of their powers, all of their tricks. I do not want any surprises."

"Hm... they're wary of you, you'll need a spy" Orlock said to her scratching his beard

"Precisely. You can do that, can't you?" She said, smiling.

"Not even the batting of eyelashes too convince me, where's the fun in caving so easily?" Orlock asked playfully before nodding "I suppose I can for you" he feigned a sigh

"A pity," She said, with a fake pout. "I was so looking forward to batting my eyelashes at you."

"Oh i'll bet" Orlock said with a smile

She returned her smile. "I must be off, I trust you can send me word when you have information."

"Of course, do try to visit more often" Orlock said to her

"Oh, I think we should be seeing each other more often from now on," She replied, before inclining her head and making her way out and back up the passage to the hatch thing.
