The Devil Struggle

"Probably I sensed an ancient artifact here,an I wanted to look into it, see if it's something i can use, or something that would be better as a trade or gift" The old demon explained to Matsu

Matsu nods "I suppose you also sense the dangerous energy coming off this place then?" He replies.

"Of yes, that's why i brought along the guy with armor to lead the way" Sage explained

Matsu nods 'Ah right meat shield"

Dimae growls at that, he was in the middle of regenerating the steel armor on its arm but he stepped forward and waited for instructions.

"Lead the way inside" Sage said to him

Dimae grunted at that slightly and started walking forward to the doorway, just as told he entered.

Sage followed after the meat shield

Matsu does the same.

Zero slowly followed after the group, not exactly know what to do with her life anymore.

Dimae traversed further in, it was getting dark in the ruins... Dimae turned to Sage looking at him if he could make any light since he can't see in darkness.

Sage nodded, ad created a hellfire missile which he held by magic instead of throwing, it provided them a fair amount of light, like a torch

Once the path was lid, Dimae ventured onward and looked around in case of any hostile demons.

Zero looked around nervously and gulped fearfully.

Strange echoing sounds could be heard deeper from the darkness of the ruins...

As they descended down into the once magnificent structure; the place seemed like something from another world, a stone structure clearly rather large from the hundreds of steps they needed to descend. A relic of a different less chaotic time when the most powerful demons built kingdoms and empires, and brought order to a world now filled with not but cannibalistic disorder. Only Sage was old enough among the group to remember those days of yore and be nostalgic for them.

Matsu sneezes

Zero looked a little confused and a little interested but she wiped her nose with her finger for a second, she might sneeze like Matsu did.

Dimae stopped walking at the end of the stairs, he sensed something unpleasant.

Zero did so too and glanced around nervously.
