"And yet the circumstances of all of this make that unsure bandit , who's to say you aren't the one attempting to rob this man of his own coin?" She pointed out .

"Because I know of a unique coin in the coin purse that I couldn't know about otherwise" He explained to her "Again, former bandit... look we got off on the wrong foot." He plunged his sword into the dirt and walked over offering a hand to shake

"Knife in the sleeve." She reminded him and refused to shake the hand "Sure , we shall do this your way." She decided and turned to the thief , who was much too tired and battered to make a real attempt at escape.

He rolled up his sleeves to show there was no knife, it was a very simple fix

"Well that's much more reassuring." She replied with a nod and shook the hand with to of hers as the thief groaned "Fine tie me up I don't care , least I'll be able to sit."

The bandit took the rope and tied the thief's hands to be safe as he began to frisk him for the coin purse

"Hands off of the merchandise." He warned hollowly as he squirmed a bit , the bandit eventually finding the puch tucked in an unseen pocket in the lad's strangely lavish cloak.

The bandit throws it to the chaggerta "Among the coins is a wooden token with the carving of a wolf on it"

Sure enough she found the token and tossed the sack back "So you spoke the truth , my apologies."

He catches it "Manius Ventor by the way" he introduced himself "I'll tell you what, can I pay for a ride?" he wondered

"Janik what do you think?" She asked as she picked up the tied up thief and lobbed him into the wagon with ease.

"Couldn't hurt" Janik said cheerfully, always happy to have ore people to get to know, though he had been enjoying his time just hanging out with the chagerta

"Then I suppose we're both fine with it , as long as you don't try anything I would not mind at all"

He reaches into his pack and pulls out a bar of solid gold "Keep the change" he joked "Do you by chance have any mead?"

"Damn straight we do!" Janik said happy to have another connoisseur of fine drink along

"I will never understand the human fascination with such a bitter and distasteful drink."

"You madam have clearly never had honey mead or spiced wine, they are sweet, not bitter." Janik tried to explain to her

"And I do not need to , such intoxicants are not good for a proud warrior like myself , better suited for a skinny wizard such as yourself." She teases as she flexed all four of her impressive arms.

"Well... uh... uh..." That left Janik stammering a bit with no witty come back, he found the four muscular arms thing distractedly attractive "Well I'm not that skinny" he finally murmured being somewhat fit himself though untrained in the martial arts

Manius Smirked and shook his head grabbing a bottle of mead

"In comparison." She continued with a grin.

"Well... yeah" He soon relented, and was careful not to think about her body too hard. He chuckled nervously "So let's get this show on the road again huh?"

She nodded "Yes lets before you find yourself to flustered to speak." with that she snapped the reigns on the auroch and it stood to it's feet slowly , shaking off some dirt and dust and beginning to pull the wagon along.

"Well that's easy to do with you around." He blushed a bit before climbing into the inside to grab a drink
