Axe's Aftermath

"You would dare return here? Are you some kind of masochist? Do you enjoy being tormented?' Her voice hisses out from the city itself.

Helcaraxe then just speaks. "I am here for a reason, my options are limited... Chernabog would not help me, but I need someone, anyone to at least give me advice. Beast has been taken, forced to worship the God of a religious order and being their servant for their own goals. I need to get him back, but my enemies are strong, since they bested Beast himself. I need to become stronger than that and fast! For any help you can give me, I am willing to pay it back however you want it." Axe says and he sounded bloody serious in his words, his orange eyes still glowing.

"...However" She echoes in sinister fashion.

Helcaraxe listens, he stays quiet until she was done speaking.

"Well...there is one thing you could do ."

Helcaraxe speaks. "What is that then? Anything... Anything for the power to save Beast..." Axe said as he as obviously a little desperate.

"I gain power from the suffering of the others , so I demand this tribute..if you wish to seek knowledge , you must chop off one of your hands."

Helcaraxe mildly lowers his gaze, he then slowly lowered himself on the ground to his knees. He takes off his armored glove on the left hand and places his hand on the plaza stone while holding his axe on his right hand. He waits for a moment, moves his axe on top of his left hand, aiming to get a clean cut... And then he just with one swift slash of his axe he cuts his left hand off and grunts in great pain as his blood drips on the stone plaza where his lifeless left hand now was.

"Goood gooood that is quite nice , now ...in return, I shall give you what you want...you wish for strength ? In Hell there is only one way to gain it , you must learn to devour the souls of your enemies, bolstering your own devilish might."

Helcaraxe was listening, still in pain after cutting his hand off bit that was a small payment for his means of reunion with Beast. Axe stood up slowly and spoke. "Thanks... I will have to go do that and hope for the best... You wouldn't be willing to tell me how to learn to devour the souls of others now?" Axe says as he forces a smirk on his face, blood still dripping from his arm.

"You going to chop off your other hand?"

Helcaraxe speaks. "Yeah no... I kinda need that for my battle." Axe said and he got ready to leave, he was going to go to the wastelands, start killing powerful rogue demons and devour their souls just to gain power to stop the Anglican.

It is quite the hard thing , trying to find another lviing being out in the wastes , where the wind and the sand alone would cut down a weaker demon , or where the cold of the night would freeze one to death.

Guess Helcaraxe would have to find a city, then eat its inhabitants.

(That or he goes and kill demons on Earth.)

Helcraxe finds some demons in the wasteland, he proceeds to attack them, slaughter them and feast upon their souls to grow his own power.

As he begins he feels a raging power enter him , like being struck with a thunderbolt of pure spiritual power , and he can feel his very essence ripple with the new souls.

The feeling was interesting, but at least it confirmed that it worked. He was going to become strong, stronger than Beast... He just had to keep at this until he can challenge the order, the horsemen and save Beast. "Don't worry Beast... I am coming, just wait a little longer..." He said to himself as he went to scout for more demons to kill.

(This is weird and I don't really know to do with it)

(How is it weird? Not to mention is this not something he can do off camera now? Or was there something else?)

(I mean I suppose so , but normally we don't do month long skips , due to the fact that it kind of messes with the timeline.)
