"She never really brought the shogun's crap and went a little rogue to look into things with some nobles she had been convinced to trust... that noble was my father, and when offering to help her survey her sister's lands he lured her to my Familly's palace and conspired with her own bodyguard to murder her, I caught wind of this and with the advantage or surprised managed to kill them both..." he paused to look down "But the empress's sister heard the comotion and came running, she called for guard's to arrest me, but then an Oni came out of nowhere, some spidery thing with bladed arms and it cut off her head; it vanished as quickly as it appeared and I was forced to run"

"Wait.... describe that oni again...in detail"

"Black, chitinous, eirght legs, spider body, deformed humanoid torso with red skin and bladed arms on top" Toshiro gave the most vivid description he could

He nods "... Good , you tell the truth , I'd honestly have hated to have to kill you" He replies with genuine relief in his voice "Now , how did you meet our favorite Ronin?"

"Take here burbed in a sword saint's face and I helped him out of the ensuing situation" Toshiro explained

"Excuse me"

"We were in a bar, I was laying low; a sword saint came in with some samurai as backup looking for me, I tried to lay low, next thing I know our mutaual acquiantance is burping in the guy's face tring to pick a fight." Toshiro said "So I decided to jump in while the sword saint was distracted, to take them by surprise"

"So have you gotten any better with a bow since when I last saw you?"

"I don't follow my lord" Said toshiro, their encounter had been long ago and very breif toshiro would need to be refreshed

Tohshiro paled a little embarassmentrecalling the incident now, but he maintaining his composure admited "I haven't touched a bow since"

Koharu came sprinting back to the compound, with wild eyes and red knuckles. "Quick let me in let me in"

She sprinted inside and shut the door. "If someone with these huge ears and a bulging vein comes, I'm not here, yes?"
