Kai answered her question. "Only a little as it gets in, after that not at all. You aren't afraid of a small sting are you? Maybe I misjudged you..." Kai said to her and waited for her definitive answer.

Kai nodded and took a few steps closer, he gave Nakita a Dark Contract to sign her name in to set the deal.

Nakita blinked her eyes and brought out a pen before writing her own name in cursive: Nakita Devonshire, onto the contract.

Kai put the Dark Contract away and then spoke. "So... Where do you prefer for the parasite to get in?" He asked her opinion, just to seem nice.

Nakita lifted a brow. "Does it matter?" she asked him curiously.

Nakita gulped a little before she turned around and allowed him to lift her shirt in the back if he needed to.

kai indeed lifted her shirt a bit and then placed the parasite on her skin, the parasite moved a little and it started digging its way inside. It stung a little but once it was in there was no wound and it created a dark purple circle, and strange thick lines spread from that spot across Nakita's body but she could feel Kai's demonic power infusing with her own.

Nakita gritted her teeth as she felt it sting but she forced herself to relax. After she could feel his power and a smile spread across her face.

Kai smiled as he got more allies to do his bidding, he then spoke. "It is done, you should be able to beat more powerful opponents than before. Now, I am currently after eliminating the competition and possible risks of soul gathering. That angel Matthew at the inn that you had a dispute with, he is a risk to my plans. But in order for us to defeat him we need to become stronger, so your primary job now is to gather souls for me and absorb half of them to yourself. That is all, you can use my power however you wish outside of that. You understand?" He asked and waited for any questions she might have or reactions.

Kai nodded, he then prepared to leave. "It is settled then, nice doing business with you..." Kai then started walking out, his plans were moving forward slowly but surely.

Nakita blinked her eyes and thought of a good place to absorb souls. There was always that hospital she stopped demons from gathering souls in, but then again she'd feel bad about stealing them.

Kai returned to his own base for now, there was much work to be done. But unbeknownst to others he has his own agenda that he wants to fulfill, he is not planning to serve the Demon Lord that made him into a demon for an eternity...

Nakita went to the hospital and went into the Spirit Realm to try her best to absorb souls and gain power.

As always, in the Spirit Realm version of the hospital there was a lot of souls around. Mostly just human souls, this place truly was a great place to hunt them.

Nakita walked around and thought about how she'd absorb a soul. She hadn't really done this before, so the order Kai told her was confusing her.

Kai's voice could be heard in Nakita's head. "You haven't done this before? This should be natural for you! Just get close enough to a soul and use your power to beckon it and sucking it in your body, easy isn't it?" Then a little mumbling and then everything was quiet.

Nakita nearly jumped out of her skin as she heard his voice in her own head. She listened closely and started towards a few souls. She gulped a little before she beckoned them towards her and before long she had absorbed at least a dozen souls.

Nakita chuckled before she went back into the real world and then exited the hospital. She waited to see if Kai needed her to do something now.

Kai's voice echoed in Nakita's head. "If anything else, try seeking information of some gangs around here that might be part of the soul business, the more we know about them the more easier it is to make them fall." He said to her, other than that she would just focus on powering herself up and doing any of her own daily things.

Nakita nodded and searched the streets for any signs of gangs that would gather souls. She doubted it would be easy and if she was unsuccessful she'd just go home and rest.
