Kari took a momentary step back when Finn began to come over, panting. She licked her lips, hesitating briefly before she made her way slowly over to him. She hadn't stepped foot out of the graveyard since she had arrived, and was quite daunted at the thought of it. But she also wasn't too keen on dying from blood loss.... she was already feeling wobbly as her blood pooled on the ground.

"This will hopefully keep you from bleeding out just yet" The mage said taking off his sheirt and tying it around the wound "Now i'm going to pick you up and take you to my car, don't bite me okay?" he asked as he gently lifted her over his shoulder and began to do so

Kari panted, her eyes holding a glint of fear, but not at Finn. She stiffened, but otherwise didn't move as he tied the cloth tightly around her wound. A soft whimper escaped as her wound shifted when her scooped her up, and her immediate reaction would have been to bite and scratch and escape, but she managed to only just hold back from devouring him, though with a lot of self control on her part. Still, she hated every moment of it.

Finn set her in the back seat of his car, a rather clean honda accord, before getting in the front seat, starting the car and driving

Kari lay down and rested her head on her paws. She whimpered softly when the car went over a bump, but otherwise stayed quiet and still while he drove.

Kari plodded out of the car, head lowered. She let out a huge yawn, before lying down on the ground where she was. She didn't want to move anymore, she was too tired to. A bit of blood stained the back of Finn's car, as well as general dirt that matted her fur.

She let out a puff of hot air, that sounded like a fed up sigh, before she dragged herself to her feet, with his help, and plodded slowly towards his house.

Kari lay down in his doorway, eyes closed. Her breathing was quick and shallow, and exhaustion tugged at her. She just wanted to sleep... why can't he leave her alone...? The wound was no longer sore, though she could feel her heartbeat pulse through it and hot blood seep from it. Otherwise, she felt cold and heavy and numb. Her mind was sluggish, and she watched Finn with half lidded eyes.

finn walked over, and attached a magical bandage that would seal the wound so long as it was on "If you remove it you'll bleed to death" he warned her, before picking her up and setting her on his fairly expensive black leather living room couch "Now rest up" He said closing the door

Kari responded with a sigh, too exhausted to do anything else. It wasn't long before she was sound asleep on the sofa. Should Finn return soon to check up on her, he would find a young girl in the place of the wolf, with matted black hair that flows to her naval, and tatted clothing. She was filthy and, well, stank due to her lack of baths. She was also small for her age, and thin so it would be easy to assume she is younger than her 16 years.

Finn meanwhile returned to his research in his study, a good sized room with a few book shelves, a desk, an alchemy table and some summoning signs

Kari slept for the good part of a day, and only woke up in search of food. She had vague and fuzzy memories of what a house should look like, and so had to explore a bit in order to remember where food was indeed kept. On her travels, however, she ended up wondering in to his study, and simply watched Finn work in silence as she stood meekly in the doorway.

Finn heard someone behind him, and turned to face the doorway "uh... i take it you are...?" he wondered if she was the stray, he had not seen her human form before as he had been a bit busy. He guesses she was , but he figured he should make sure

She appeared to not have heard him, as her gaze fluttered curiously around at the books and other objects that lined the room. Finally, her eyes landed on Finn once again, but she remained silent.

She took a step back when he stood up, her head tilted to the side slightly. It was clear she was still tired from her loss of blood; dark bags hung beneath her eyes and her arms hung limply at her side. The only reason she had woken up was for food, and as there was nothing edible in the room - save for Finn of course - she turned and plodded back down the hall to the kitchen.

Kari dandered around his kitchen, pulling open cupboard doors and standing on things in order to get a better look at high places.

The stray stared at the meat longingly, her stomach growling in the place of her talking. It wasn't that she was mute, simply she doesn't like talking all that much, especially not around people she isn't completely comfortable with, though she does talk more when she is angry or very excited.

She cocked her head to the side, licking her lips. Raw didn't tend to go down well in this form, so cooked would be best. It's if she can wait that long that is the problem... She nodded once for cooked nonetheless.
