"I would be so kind" The figure replied "My village is not far, we much enjoy having guests over. You may have head poor experiences  with those of similar.... features ; although i assure you we are not so savage as our eastern brethren" the figure said leading the pair for a few minutes towards a small village surrounded by a good sized wall but open stone gates "We have ways of keeping undead at bay but bandits, and aggressive nomads are a  more difficult problem " The spell caster explained

Epona glared slightly at her mother but silently followed after the "friendly" goblin. Her blue eyes flickered like candles, meaning she was suspicious of this person in which they were following.

Parath lifted into the sky and started glacing around for Epona and the queen without any success. She growled angrily in frustration.

"Indeed we have, they attacked our camp," Ysabel responded to the goblin, tone somewhat harsh as she spoke. "May I ask your name?" She asked. If he asked them, she would make up an alias, and hope Epona cottons on and does the same. Their knowing they were in the presence of royalty may make them a threat; they could hold them for ransom and all sorts.

"I am Kolvoilk, but that can be difficult to pronounce so you may call me Cole if you like, most humans who stop by prefer to, i'm a half breed so the dual name thing works"  Kolvoilk seemed rather cheerful actually, far friendlier than the savage goblins of the east. "I can tell you are nobles, the way you talk and move speaks for you in that regard, you are used to commanding. Believe me when i say, we are most glad for your arrival. the human and goblin settlements out here have been without word of the outside world for some time, and ancestors in the sky tell word of a a great danger from the east" he motioned to the stars at the "Ancestors from the sky" part

Ysabel eyed him as he spoke. He's perceptive. Dangerous. Be careful. "It is a pleasure, Cole," She responded simply, without giving away her own name. "It is true, in the elves have declared war on my people. We were forced from our kingdom, and have been travelling west(?) towards my previous home for protection."

"The elves..." Kolvoilk said thoughtfully thinking on that for a moment as they approached a small very humble looking hut save for some skull and bone totems outside "Well my lady, the shaman will want to meet you, he leads this village, and then you may rest, we will discuss how we can help you come morning"

"I'm afraid I cannot wait that long," Ysabel said, rather sharply. "My remaining people have been overrun by these... these undead, and require assistance." The word 'undead' was said with a scowl, and such venom laced her voice.

This of course seemed to pose a problem as the half breed thought on this "We are not a warrior people, we have no skilled fighters the shaman is powerful, yet too frail in his age for such a task. I will go out and look for them myself, do you know the direction they are in?"

"I would not wish to impose such a task upon you alone," Ysabel responded, brows furrowed slightly. She hoped the dragon and the limited fighters they had would be enough to ward the undead off.

"There is no one else to carry it out, and I do not fear these creatures. You should stay here and meet the old man, this is his home" Kolvoilk smiled , and said "If you would point me in the right direction i shall have news or, with luck your friends themselves by daybreak"

Ysabel gave him the directions, before offering him a genuine thank you. Her stomach tied itself in knots for worry over her son's wellbeing. Ysabel then eyed the bones outside the hut, before hesitantly knocking.

As the half breed sprinted off to look for the visitor's companions A very old goblin standing around three feet, tall and holding a small staff carefully opens the door "Ah you must be queen Ysabell, please come in" the old goblin said hobbling out of the the doorway, and having a seat in a chair, within the hut's only, large and cluttered room . "I made tea" The Shaman informed her as he carefully sat down and motioned to a stove with a kettle on it, the room was lit with a few candles surprisingly brightly

In order to keep herself warm and to stay awake, as well as to simply stay in shape, Vesryn began some simple cardio workouts, though still kept her ears fixed on the surrounding sounds to prevent anyone sneaking up on them.

Ysabel looked down upon the tiny creature, images of the feral goblin attack flooding her mind, but these particular ones have shown no proof that they are anything like their distant kin. "How do you know me?" She demanded. Cole had said they received very little word from the outside world, and so his knowledge of her was extremely questionable.

"Magic" The old shaman said calmly "With age comes wisdom, almost as much wisdom as crippling back pain. I knew your husband, and I foresaw your coming, along with his third born in a dream... i know  that you bring ill news as well, but that's the extent of it, would you care to take a seat"

"You know of the bastard?" She asked, rather sharply. She hesitated a moment, before perching on one of the chairs. "What do you see of the battle? The victors?"

"I see many battles, past and future, I see that the bastard as you call him" The goblin said to  her calmly "He will carve his own destiny for he needs not the name of his father when he was the lessens and strength of the man, I do not see what comes for us now however it is obscured, perhaps by magic"

Well, at least he wouldn't be using the family name, she supposed. "Is there no way around the obscurity?" She asked, though imagined if there were, he'd have already tried it.

Epona stayed closely by her mother's side through the whole thing. She didn't accept the tea nor did she like how this creature talked. She gulped nervously and took quick glances towards her mother's face, one could obviously see that she was nervous. "Third born?! I am his second born!" she exclaimed, clenching her fists.

Parath breathed out fire in the direction of the undead below.

The old goblin stood up and walked over to epona, leaning in close to inspect her "Oh you are the girl, apologies my foresight has grown strong but in old age my eyes have not so much" He said calmly "The boy must be nearby then where may he be?"

Emron was riding on Parath like everyone else, he was holding Veronica close by to him as he tried to look down to the earth to fond his mother and sister. Though if even Parath can't find them, how can he?

Epona backed away slightly as the goblin shaman approached her. "Why do you want to meet my brother anyways? He's going to be the next king and I'll probably be nothing more but somebody to trade to form alliances." she said.

Parath kept her eyes peeled for anyone that looked suspicious who didn't happen to be a skeleton.

Veronica looked at Emron with slight concern. "I hope your sister's alright." she said softly.

"No you won't i'm sad to say, that you're pregnant" The shaman said before returning to her chair, that would make her undesirable to the nobles, and most men in general, she would be difficult to trade
